The sample did not show the full pattern of the tile. It would have been more useful to have a bigger sample.

Hello Kelly, Many thanks for the review on your Free sample. We try to send out as much as the material as we can on one sample so you can see the design, the box we send samples out in is a standard size. Thanks again for the review !

Very good price and lowest delivery cost I could find. Product quickly dispatched. Unfortunately the vinyl had a hole in when delivered. It was a perfect round hole like a paper punch would make and was on the inside of the roll so didn’t happen in transit. Very disappointing as it must have been clearly visible during dispatch. Luckily it just happened to be on a part that needed to be cut away during fitting.

Hello There, Thank you for your review, we appreciate you leaving your feedback. We do check all rolls to ensure no damage is on the flooring before sending it out, sometimes the roll wrapped up in the vinyl if stood on or crushed can slightly pierce the vinyl. Only giving a 3 because my vinyl was damaged but otherwise the service was excellent Detailed e mails Prompt reply to my complaint and some refund I am really pleased with the vinyl but would be reluctant to use you again due to the damage as the product appeared so well wrapped

Hello mrs Gallagher, thanks for the review. We do try our best to wrap up the flooring to the best we possibly can. Sadly, sometimes the couriers do not handle the product with care and this can sometimes cause slight damage to the product. We are really sorry about this, We are glad you have now sorted this and the flooring has been fitted.

We placed two orders online a few days apart. The first order was trouble-free. We haven't used the vinyl yet, but it looks all right. The second order was more complicated and involved several telephone calls, an unanswered email, and finally cancellation and a refund. So, a mixed bag, but a genuine company, and good value when they can get the product. .

Two out of five items split under pressure of wrapping - luckily I’ll be trimming the pieces and can cut off the damage.

Delivery of goods poor had to send emails and phone and then collect goods. No note through door were goods were and nothing to say been delivered to totally different place were it was supposed to be delivered too. The item was wrapped too hard and broke some of the edges on the wood and I had to correct and make good. Internet site was good and lady at Remland pleasant and tried her best to help.

The delivery was quick and efficient but the sample we ordered was very small and didn’t really allow us to visualise what it would look like in our bathroom. It may be unrealistic but ideally a piece of Lino showing the full tile rather than a quarter of a tile would be more suitable. The quality of the product is good but we are reluctant to order for the reasons above.

Nice lino but covered in glue from the tape that had been stuck round it :( still not got it all off!

Hello Louise, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are happy to hear you are impressed with the lino. We are sorry that the Tape has left some sticky adhesive on the vinyl. If you use some boiling hot water with some washing up liquid and a sponge it should come out. If this does not work please give us a call on 01303 253399 for some more tips. The website was easy to use, but the vinyl which showed as In Stcok was not actually available, which was explained to me via a follow-up phone call once I had already paid. In my dealings over the phone I found staff polite and helpful. However, I had some problems when I asked to cancel an order. I was told it would be cancelled and I would receive a refund. Instead, the order was delivered anyway a few days later. When I notified Remland Carpets of this by email, a collection of the erroneously delivered piece of vinyl was swiftly arranged for a date of my choice. I then rang again, a day before the collection, to ask to keep the vinyl after all, as another company had failed to provide me with my preferred vinyl. Unfortunately, the courier still turned up for the collection. I explained to them what had happened, which was no problem, but presumably a wasted journey for the courier at cost to Remland Carpets. Overall, the company seems trustworthy, but maybe their internal communication processes could be made more efficient.

Hello Sabine, Sorry for the inconvenience here. I am glad the similar alternative vinyl I found you was useful and you was pleased with it in comparison to the original vinyl you ordered. I received an E-mail from you saying you would no longer like to proceed with the order, although we had already sent the order out for delivery (I did tell you to refuse the delivery of the goods so they could be returned to us from our couriers). I then had to arrange a collection for the vinyl and unfortunately we did pass the message on to the couriers as soon as you let us know to cancel the collection but their communication like you rightly say could be more efficient as it wasted their drivers time which was not necessary. There was some sort of miscommunication with the collection depot and they have sent their apologises for attempting to collect the goods when they should have not. The tiles were very good value for money but I am glad that I bought 10 more than I needed as so many of them had a damaged corner, even though the box looked fine. As I was tiling a kitchen with lots of cabinets I managed to use a lot of the damaged tiles, but it did make the job more challenging. Also, several of the part of box tiles had debris on the back and were firmly stuck together.

We do try to wrap our parcels as well as we possibly can to avoid damage but unfortunately sometime the couriers do not handle the parcels with care ! Ordered a tub of Forbo 414 which arrived the following day as expected. The driver was apologetic as the tub was damaged on the bottom and there was a small leak. Not a major problem but... If you send out single tubs why don't you put them inside a cardboard box? I have had single tins of paint and/or thinners sent to me, (in metal tins so more robust) and they have been all been boxed and all arrived safely. Maybe you should do this... hmmmm???

Online is touch and go and if you call them up your treated like a dummy for having problems online by someone who really is too big for his boots. Other than that good product.

The adhesive took a few days to arrive - even though I called before I placed the order to check it was in stock. In fairness to Remland, they are able to track the delivery, so I could find out when it would arrive... but it wasn't very speedy

Unfortunate that the delivery label stated our address as 3, whereas when I checked the order clearly states 33. This could have caused problems as we had indicated that the delivery could be left outside if no-one was in. The neighbour came round to see if the order was ours. Might I suggest that you double check address labels against the order.

I ordered the mat based on the discounted price and positive feedback. The mat arrived in good time per the sizes ordered. I cut the mat to the exact size before I noticed a small defect in the coir fibres which unfortunately is in the centre of the mat. It is a defect gap in the fibres themselves which looks like a small space.

Matting was delivered quickly and the quality is good - I was dissapointed with the colour / ordered grey and it’s like a browny grey - was going to return but my efficient husband came out and fitted it while I was out so couldn’t return.

good price carpet but delivery date notice was last minute (16 hours). Delivery driver (Tuffnells) would not step inside house, not good when you have a 5 metre roll of carpet which weighed over 80 kilos, perhaps I shouldn't have given him a hand to get it off the lorry which he couldn't manage on his own. Very poor delivery service
