good price carpet but delivery date notice was last minute (16 hours). Delivery driver (Tuffnells) would not step inside house, not good when you have a 5 metre roll of carpet which weighed over 80 kilos, perhaps I shouldn't have given him a hand to get it off the lorry which he couldn't manage on his own.
