“My husband chose pure cremation when we found out that his cancer had become untreatable. He wanted me to worry as little as possible about things that needed doing so I could concentrate on our young family and on a celebration of life rather than a funeral. The day he was cremated was hard because I wasn’t there and I thought I was regretting the decision but have to say that having him back home with us now and all of the care that was taken in the way everything was dealt with by the team, really did make a huge difference to our family. I know that everything went exactly how Anthony would have wanted it to go and that he gave us the gift of time together to get our heads around this new life we have to live without him. He was still thinking of us the whole time and I know that when my time comes, I want the same for me. I want my girls to have as little stress as possible too so they can support each other. I lost my mum much younger than expected and the difference in stress levels between planning her funeral and my husbands were just massive. I have been able to use that time to care for our children and help them to navigate this horrible time rather than having to take them to meetings and places they wouldn’t feel comfortable being at. I know he was cared for and looked after, right until the end and now we can concentrate on remembering him as the beautiful man he was. Thank you for everything.”

“I would like to thank everyone at Pure Cremation for all the caring, kindness and sensitive manner shown to my dear Mother Myra on her final journey. I really would like to pass on my gratitudes to the people I met and really appreciate the helpful and compassionate way my telephone conversations were dealt with. They were always answered promptly, you knew straight away who I was without me having to explain, so there were no need for redirections or further connections necessary. I was kept informed about every step. With the help of Pure Cremation, we have been able to enjoy a "Celebration of my wonderful Mother's life" with our family and friends, which is the perfect way my Mam wanted it to be done. “When we used the services of Pure Cremation we were in a avery difficult situation with both my wife and I being unwell, when our brother passed away he was a long distance away from where we reside. Pure Cremation took care of everything, taking our loved one directly into their care from the hospital in which he passed away, and dealing with everything for us in a most careing and respectful way. They commuicated with us clearly and efficiently with every aspect of their service. Pure Cremation arrangements for the return of our brother's remains was also excellent as was the return process itself. Both my wife and I would not hesitate to recommend their very caring and efficient service, for which we thank them.”

“From the very beginning, the people I spoke to at Pure Cremation were kind and empathetic, and they made a difficult subject as bearable as possible. At every stage they not only took care of the logistics, but were concerned about my own welfare, as the partner of the deceased. Everything was respectful and dignified, from removing my partner's body from the care home, to returning his ashes to me. At no time did I feel like they were just trying to make a sale. I have already recommended them to several people.”

“The staff at Pure Cremation were lovely, so kind ,considerate and helpful. From the first person I spoke to on the phone after Mum died at home, to the staff who collected her.Treating her and me with gentleness and compassion. I had my own customer adviser and password that made easy so did not have to go through the same information every time. No question I asked was to much trouble. The young man that brought Mum home was lovely, stopped for a chat ,not just a delivery to be dropped off. I must say at first I was not sure if going for just a cremation was the what I should have gone for or the more traditional method. Mum had been ill for quite some time,she didn't like funerals. Using Pure Cremation I'm giving the money she saved to give to charities she supported to do some good in her name.( think she would of liked that.) Once thanks to all staff at Pure.”

“A wonderful team of professional staff that help you navigate the whole process of cremation. I used Pure Cremation for my Mum who didn't want any fuss when it came to her passing and she certainly didn't want the expense; the cost was less than half of the usual fees from a high street funeral director. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to, like us, celebrate the life of a loved one in the comfort of our homes rather than at a crematorium.”

“I cannot recommend this company highly enough. All the people I came into contact with by phone, message or in person, were professional and had great empathy. “Right from the start they handled my mother in law death and cremation with compassion but were friendly and polite and professional and helpful all at the same time and explained everything and answered all my questions.
