From the very beginning, the people I spoke to at Pure Cremation were kind and empathetic, and they made a difficult subject as bearable as possible. At every stage they not only took care of the logistics, but were concerned about my own welfare, as the partner of the deceased. Everything was respectful and dignified, from removing my partner's body from the care home, to returning his ashes to me. At no time did I feel like they were just trying to make a sale. I have already recommended them to several people.
