“My husband wanted a direct cremation and when he passed away at the end of Nov 24 I contacted Pure cremation. When I said my goodbye to him in ICU they gave me a memory box containing two hearts, one for me and the other was placed on my husbands body and went with him. I knew I had made the right decision when the ashes were hand delivered to me at home by a lovely lady and I was also given the heart back that was placed with him at his passing in ICU in a lovely little bag I never thought I would see it again. So yes very personal and caring company.”

“Probably like many others the sudden loss of wife, was quite frankly the sadest time of my life. We had already agreed on how we wanted to go, which was a simple cremation. I phoned Pure Creamations and found the staff caring and considerate, they made a difficult time a little easier and I thank them for that. The whole process was trouble free and I was properly informed at each stage.”

“It was the best snap decision I think I have ever made. A friend said someone they knew had used Pure and been really happy. I felt valued and supported the whole way through. The ladies took the time to talk to me and explain what would happen and when the Halifax Bank messed things up, they helped me to fix it. I hope, if you ever decide to branch out in Australia, that I manage to hear about it, on the off chance I need your services in the future. Many thanks, Sandra Alder. (A.E. Parry)”

“Unsolicited mail from this company with whom I have never had any dealings. Are they buying lists of names, DOB etc and then targeting older people such as myself? The letter actually came with this quote on the front of the envelope: “Start 2025 with some good news”. Totally tactless and inappropriate. They should be ashamed of themselves.”

“I have been unlucky enough to have to use their company twice sincece August, first for dad the for my brother this month, I didn't think twice in using them again , I recieved such a professional, careing service both times , I would definitely recommend this company to care for your loved ones and us left behind , they go above and beyond . “I cannot recommend Pure Cremation highly enough. They handled my husband’s cremation, and I was truly happy with every aspect of their service. From start to finish, they took all the stress away during a very difficult time. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. When they came to pick him up, they showed such care and professionalism, and every member of their team was absolutely lovely to deal with. The price was very reasonable, and the service we received was worth every penny. When my husband came home, it was in a beautiful box that felt so thoughtful and respectful. The whole family was very happy with how everything was handled. Pure Cremation made an emotional process so much easier, and I’m deeply grateful to them for that. Thank you for your care and compassion during such a hard time.”
