“When I was faced with the financial burden of two close family deaths in a matter of days, for which I was unprepared. I was advised to look into Pure Cremation. Initially I had thought it would be an impersonal experience, however, I was so wrong. From the initial phone call to make an enquiry to the final return of my loved one’s ashes, I was treated with respect, consideration and empathy. I felt involved in all the decisions, my views and thoughts were sought and complied with. The advisory team were always welcoming when I had to call. I felt all my information was kept secure and confidential. They knew my name and that of my relative, every effort was made to make me feel comfortable with all the arrangements. I will be forever grateful to everyone at Pure Cremation who by treating me with such compassion, made what was a traumatic time in my life a little easier.”

“I had initially contacted CO OP furnerals on a recommendation and they were very difficult to deal with, short on details and I had to call 3 different numbers and they still wanted me to make an appointment in London (I live in Cornwall). O then found Pure cremation, called and the lady was lovely and so helpful. She talked me through the whole process and was very kind and explained everything. Since then the contacts have been brilliant, I was aksed how much contact i wanted and everyone who called was very helpful. The lovely lady who dileieved my Dad's ashes called me and let me know the time she would arrive. She was very kind and expplained everything. Pure Cremation have made a very difficult time a bit easier and for that I am very grateful.”

“I am very happy with the care and attention given to my late husband, who was treated with respect and dignity by Pure Cremation at every stage. The guys who collected him even suggested he wear his favourite cap and they couldn't have been kinder to me. I was kept informed at every stage and the urn with his ashes were returned to me by a lovely lady who was warm and kind. My husband would be very happy with the service we've received and that makes the family and I happy too.”

“Our son of 48 passed away in hospital after a short illness. His passing was expected so no post mortem or coroner was required therefore no reason to delay his cremation. However his commital took place more than a month after his passing causing further anxiety on a family wanting closure. I won't go into detail for the delay as I have no evidence to back up my thoughts. On a positive, when I first contacted Pure Cremation I was dealt with empathy and in a professional manner and by everyone I spoke to when dealing with the formalities thereafter.”

“DAd did not want a formal service and wanted ashes scattering. Pure cremation Service fitted our requirements perfectly. Very good customer service and very good communication throughout the process Helped to walk me through steps as this was the first time I had ever been involved in death of a loved one. “Thank you so much for the kindness and support from the time of passing of my beautiful mum, right upto the delivery of my mums ashes. Made it so much easier not having to be at a Cremation. Cremations in person just brings the grieving back. The tears as we touch the coffin. We as a family didnt want that. We will however hold a Celebration of her life. Thank you once again”

“From a very caring Greg who looked after us on the night my dad passed away , friendly Nick who kept us informed over many many weeks with the updates from the medical referee that Pure brought in to help us with the red tape around my dads uncertified death takibg the pressure off us which we are very grateful for, to Ryan who brought dad's ashes home to us, respectfully upbeat with his smiling face, helping to make a sad occasion a joyful one , and even reminding us that they are still there for us on the end of the phone if we need them .... We can truthfully say that we felt very well cared for from the start . A huge thankyou to all the Pure Cremation team for all you do to help grieving families .”

“Good overall service Mum was collected in a timely manner and choice of crematorium was offered . Quick service once dates confirmed and ashes delivered by hand by a lovely lady ! Inconsistent communication- tried to check details on registering the death and had differing advice on whether care home could action”
