My husband wanted a direct cremation and when he passed away at the end of Nov 24 I contacted Pure cremation. When I said my goodbye to him in ICU they gave me a memory box containing two hearts, one for me and the other was placed on my husbands body and went with him. I knew I had made the right decision when the ashes were hand delivered to me at home by a lovely lady and I was also given the heart back that was placed with him at his passing in ICU in a lovely little bag I never thought I would see it again. So yes very personal and caring company.
