“The whole process from sorting out a cremation plan to your loved ones ashes being hand delivered is second to none. The people that work there are extremely helpful, will listen to you and very compassionate. So glad I chose this plan for my dad.”

“I found the whole experience of using Pure Cremation very easy from start to finish. The staff I spoke to on the phone were very kind and extremely knowledgeable which definitely helped at such a sad time. I was informed of everything along to way right up until the ashes were delivered to us by hand.”

“I was very pleased with the way you looked after my mum who has recently passed away just over 6/ 7 weeks ago and for also ringing me and updating me if any changes. I was also very pleased when she was delivered back home on the 17th October 2024 in a presented box and also the person that delivered my mum back.”

“I had never used Pure Cremation & when my dad told me he had purchased a Pure Cremation plan,I wasn't too sure what to expect. When my dad sadly passed away,I contacted Pure Cremation & from that first point of contact through to the end,Pure Cremation did everything they said they would.Regular contact throughout the process & my dads ashes were personally delivered back to my mam within the time stated. So from not being too sure before,I would recommend Pure Cremation to any one thinking about it. Many thanks to all of the team at Pure Cremation from all of my family.”

“There was no pressure put on me, I was advised to take my time and be certain that Pure Cremation was right for my mother. The staff were professional, courteous and informative at every stage and if I needed a question answering they were always available. The woman who returned my mother’s ashes to me was lovely, very compassionate and caring and she made time to talk to me. The whole process was handled efficiently and smoothly and I would recommend this company.”

“I can't speak highly enough about the amazing service we received. From the moment Pure Cremations came to collect my mum. The men that collected mum were so kind, the spoke to mum by name, told her what they were doing as if she was still with us. They transferred her beautifully and drove away so nice and slowly. I was called to say that mum had arrived safely, and called to tell me the day of cremation. I have told family and friends 🧡 how Pure Cremations, made everything more bearable. Thank you to all the beautiful kind staff. ❤️”

“We highly recommend Pure Cremation. They are a helpful, caring and compassionate company who look after your loved one who has passed. They kept us updated from the day they had mum in their care, the date of her committal and when she would be returned to us. “My wife passed away suddenly at a young age and we didn’t have anything in place, they were all lovely when speaking to myself on the phone and were very understanding when I was crying.. my wife was delivered in person which was a lovely thing. Will more than likely set up my own plan through them once life settles down.”

“My recent experience of Pure Cremation was more than satisfactory, I wasn't sure about it at first but from the beginning I found the staff and the service exemplary. Throughout the whole process they were professional, informative and empathetic, my husband was treated with the greatest respect at all times.
