Due to an issue with my frame, I had to send it back for inspection and repair. Unfortunately, the returning package was blocked by the shipping company for unexplained reasons. After contacting Pretavoir, they went above and beyond to resolve the situation, working tirelessly to retrieve the package. Despite our combined efforts, DHL proved unhelpful in resolving the issue.
