I had an amazing experience with Carolina and her whole team while I was ordering my glasses, I even had an issue with them (a screw fell out) and the team at Pretavoir were so helpful and sweet with getting the issue resolved. 10/10 experience and anyone I had come into contact with was very clear, helpful and friendly :)
