Very disappointed with this hamper . Goods are probably worth about £15 retail Cheap cardboard filling to pack it out . Cheap basket . Have to try and top this up somehow to make it look reasonable Would not order again

The bottom of the wooden box was not attached properly and thankfully I didn't lift it up by the handle because both bottles of wine would have fallen out and smashed to pieces on my floor. I managed to put it back together but I still don't feel confident about the quality of the box. I bought it as a Christmas gift so I will have to let them know to be careful with it. Also, the bottles were really dusty inside and it doesn't seem like they have been treated with much care. For the price, I would have expected much better. I find that this lack of quality is becoming increasingly common in the UK nowadays. Companies want the customers, but they don't want to make the effort to deliver what they promise.

I expected the gift hamper would be delivered by your staff nothing was mentioned that delivery was by Royal Mail !

No I didn't like your web site - i am a repeat customer but it did not recognise my email address or password so had to try and set up another account - and it wouldn't do that either. So logged in under facebook and was able to place an order. Then i looked up my previous 2 orders but it only gives my address (the sender) and not the recievers address - Then you want 5.99 for tracking delivery when it should be free. Not Impressed

I was very disappointed with this hamper, particularly in relation to hampers from another company that I have regularly bought from. It was a birthday present and quite an embarrassing one in the end. I obviously hadn't noticed when ordering, that the bottle of champagne was a small one - I could have bought a large one from Sainsbury's at half the cost. However, I bought it as a hamper expecting it to be beautifully wrapped but it came in a bog standard, slightly battered box and there was nothing special about it at all. The chocolates were edible and that was about it, I'm afraid. I certainly won't be buying from Prestige Hampers again - it was very over-priced for what I got.

Ordered 5 Hampers for clients, Order was delayed due to the postal strikes, not Prestige fault however I don't understand why Royal mail was courier of choice for perishable food items knowing there was a postal strike planned. Clients were unable to eat the food in the hamper due to non refrigeration. I spoke to customer service who were very helpful and organised a new order and allowed us to select non perishables in order to protect against the same thing happening. We requested for all 5 hampers to be sent to our owners address so that she could distribute in person. The hampers arrived a day late and to the wrong address, and when we eventually got to the hampers they were all incorrect. We did receive a full refund and customer service were quick to respond however for a company called PRESTIGE HAMPERS there was nothing very prestige about it! Also disappointed in the products as the quality did not match the price, cheap chocolate, stale biscuits, very disappointing and will not be using again.

The selection pages were great. The payment pages were awful. Took me ages to actually pay as had to provide far too much information, and had used the company before so had forgotten password (the alert when trying to create an account - which I never want to do for any company - wasn't obvious so that took a while too. Simply payment, you don't need my address and phone number, unless I'm having something delviered to me - the payment agency (in my case paypal) handle the payees details. Nearly gave up. This questionaire is equally bad as I used the web-site - yet the next question only offers live chat, email and telephone - which I used none of. I accidentally selected 'Email' before seeing the tiny 'optional' flag but there's not opportunity to then take email off. I didn't email you, but your questionnaire is poorly design, just like you payment page.

I ordered an afternoon tea hamper as a birthday gift for my grandmother which was delivered 7 days earlier than the requested delivery date. This wouldn't have been such a problem if she wasn't away for Christmas. The hamper was left on her doorstep and she found it there when she returned 4 days later. Much of the food was perishable and had been unrefrigerated for almost a week which rendered it not good to eat. I reported this via the chat system on 27th & 29th December and also via the contact form on 29th December but have not had a reply. I was going to leave it until I had an email asking "How did we do?".

The hamper basket itself is lovely, we will certainly make use of it again. However the contents inside leave much to be desired. The package sizes are far too small! One packet had literally 4 biscuits inside, the Christmas pudding was minute, enough for one person. the jars of jam and marmalade were only 130g! Almost everything (except the two bottles of wine) was just a sample. To live up to its asking price, how about putting full size food in it?
