I ordered an afternoon tea hamper as a birthday gift for my grandmother which was delivered 7 days earlier than the requested delivery date. This wouldn't have been such a problem if she wasn't away for Christmas. The hamper was left on her doorstep and she found it there when she returned 4 days later.
Much of the food was perishable and had been unrefrigerated for almost a week which rendered it not good to eat.
I reported this via the chat system on 27th & 29th December and also via the contact form on 29th December but have not had a reply.
I was going to leave it until I had an email asking "How did we do?".
