I feel really sad writing but this was the worst bouquet I have sent to anyone ever. I wanted to surprise my friend for getting good grades for her first semester at uni, but the bouquet she received was a “sorry you failed” from the nearest gas station. The roses had already met God and were half wilted, and the assortment looked nothing like the photo. I felt embarrassed, to be honest, and could not look her in the eyes. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but I hope that the shop can improve and others will not feel embarrassed about the flowers their loved one receive. The sweets and the card were very cute, though. Please take this as fair criticism rather than an attack, photos attached.

What I received to what I ordered was awful. The rose petals were brown and the greenery was the same. Ordered a £30 bouquet and would have got better from a corner shop. Waste of time trying to complain as tried offering me £5 off my next purchase, continue to complain to try and get a refund but offer me a new bouquet knowing full well I had said I wouldn’t order again. Final complaint and I get offered a £5 partial refund. Absolutely a joke from this company. Trust me I would not order anything from yourselves again. . This company will not put there customers first

What I ordered to what I recieved was terrible , spoke to two different customer service agents which didn’t see an issues just copied and pasted same generic answers from a sheet barely read the messages I was sending. Foliage in the photo is what makes the bouquet look nice and full I recieved 1 twig with some leaves on as foliage which is acceptable apparently an meets there standards 🤣 don’t waste your money , I’ll be going back to interflora next time !

I am in Zimbabwe and i ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentines day but i made an error on the address. I received an email from the courier service alerting me on wrong address and offered me a redelivery booking which i made for Monday 17Feb. The error was completely my fault as i was using her work address but i was happy with their communication and assistance allowing me to correct the address. Order arrived and my wife was notified of her gift by the office. She collected her order,unboxed it and everything was just like on the pictures when i ordered. Flowers fresh and all the add ons were there just as i ordered. My wife is very happy and i am happy too as i surprised her all the way from Zimbabwe. I have subscribed to Prestige Flowers and i will definitely use them again.

Absolutely disgusting I ordered flowers for my mums birthday and they arrived late and dead. They looked nothing like the pictures displayed on the website. I contacted them with pictures and they said that they didn't see anything wrong with the quality, however they r clearly dead!. I will never purchase anything from here again and advise anyone else not to also.

Having ordered a large rose and lilly bouquet for my lady for valentines I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with what arrived as I feel the value and quality in comparison to price and advertised pictures were miles apart having contacted customer service the response from them I feel us the generic meets our standards theres no issue with the bouquet needles to say won't be ordering again as the value and price is better in the supermarket. Would upload photos but the file loader is having issues.

Ordered valentines flowers for my partner, what a load of utter rubbish. £50 for a bouquet I could have grabbed at Tesco for a tenner. Not only did I pay extra for a large bouquet but they look NOTHING like the photos on the website, when contacted they said they can’t do anything as I didn’t send a complaint within 3 days of delivery (I ordered these to arrive a few days before valentines as a surprise) I was given a £10 voucher when purchasing from them again (I believe you can get this from referring a friend anyway… not much of a compensation..) DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered 74£ worth of flowers for valentines and they are Not like anything shown on the photos advertised on the website, some flowers were already going brown by the time they were delivered. There was half the amount of flowers received compared to the advertisement. I understand that it won’t be the same but what I received was a joke. Very underwhelming and disappointing for the price you’re paying

Satisfaction guarantee is a complete lie. Roses had brown dead bits through out on every rose. Complained that I had been sent half dead flowers to be told there's no quality issues and the satisfaction guarantee on the website is basically fraudulent

Don't waste your money! Prestige Valentine red roses delivered droopy, bruised and tired. Thoughts were that their 'travel sickness' would be cured with water and TLC. Wrong. Half of them were dying on the 3rd day. Prestige refused to acknowledge the poor quality of their flowers, refused any form of refund on my £71.47 order as my complaint with delivery & 'dying' photos was received after the weekend, and therefore beyond their 2 day notification period. A serious lack of Quality control and Customer diplomacy, a cop out?....or all three?

If I could give zero stars I would. Received a terrible bouquet last week that looked nothing like the online picture. Almost all the buds were closed and the flowers started to die after one day. Raised the issue and was met with incompetence. The person I dealt with “Aaron T” was not one bit helpful. I was basically told that’s what I paid for and I can try challenge the dispute but they would probably object it. I WOULD NOT WASTE your time.
