The flowers I recieved were not of the same quality as in the photo. The flowers were wilted and the leaves were yellow. Order no. #8595039

Poor quality, petals all brown and dead, not very fresh and disappointingly small bunch when I requested a large bouquet. Disappointing as ordered for my wife’s 40th. Could have gotten better from the local supermarket for a fraction of the price.

Order was placed specifically requesting delivery today for my mother's birthday. At no point was there any indication delivery may not be on the requested day until this afternoon when I get an email from the courier company saying it won't be there until tomorrow. Extremely disappointing, and not 'prestige' service at all. I will not be using Prestige Flowers again.

Extra disappointed with the service. Ordered flowers to be delivered on my hubby’s birthday thinking that he will be surprised and call me when he receives but they never arrived on time. And I had to tell him you should expect flowers on the day after his birthday ruining all the happiness. This was a special occasion and failure to deliver on time was very upsetting. They should take up the responsibility and expect them to compensate or send full refund.totally dissatisfied and will never this service again.

Very disappointed with the flowers that arrived. I placed an order for 3 different bouquets. The first one didn’t get delivered on the day and then when they arrived the next day half of the flowers were dead. The second bouquet for my mum arrived and the roses are all drooping and soft to touch. Goodness knows what the third bouquet will be like that gets delivered tomorrow.

I rarely do reviews but feel so incensed ….Do not bother to buy flowers from this company! The pictures of the flowers are a complete con…the bunches look huge and I even paid extra for more and only got 5 roses and 1 possibly 2 lilies ( hard to tell from photo friend sent me) and a whole lot of greenery for £32! The roses were not pink as described but white and the petals were brown at the edges. I could have got 2 really good bouquets of flowers from the supermarket for what I paid …absolutely disgusted and I will be contacting them tomorrow to complain

There is nothing prestige about these flowers. I would avoid at all costs. The customer service is shocking and they did not reimburse for dead flowers on delivery.

My daughters arranged for a flower delivery for my birthday. The flowers arrived beautifully packaged but some badly wilted. The rest followed suit and after 4 days weren’t fit for anything but the compost heap. Such a shame as flowers from other companies are still as fresh as when they arrived and look beautiful. I’ve advised my daughters not to use your company again.

great service, delivered exactly as ordered but the flowers were rather disappointing. Not such a bountiful bouquet as pictured with less colour. Tried to send a picture but the review page doesn't allow it !
