I selected for my parcel to be delivered on Mother’s Day and still have not received my order! My mother was in all day waiting for the parcel and has a camera at the front of the house to show that no attempt for it to be delivered was made. As the occasion has passed and still haven’t received my order, I have requested a refund and customer service has been absolutely terrible and have denied me a refund! This is the first and last time I will order from prestige flowers. Absolutely awful!
