Complained same day of delivery, definitely not the medium bunch ordered. Within 3 days half the flowers have lost petals and died. Customer refusing to do anything and was told to contact card provider but prestige will dispute it!!!!!! AWFUL customer services

Would not be happy if I had sent these to someone. Received yesterday and roses are very limp. I am sure the Lilies will be lovely but suspect the roses will be dead before they open. Not quite the bouquet pictured in the advert

Had some amazing sunflowers sent to me for my birthday. They lasted nearly 30 days. Very unusual other flowers nothing bog standard about these flowers. Have now sent them to two of my friends who also commented how lovely they are. Keep up the good service šŸ˜Š

I am discussed with this Company. Ordered expensive flowers to be delivered on Friday 04/10. Flowers never delivered and it now 5.30 on Saturday 05/10 and still no flowers. No contact telephone numbers to chase and I donā€™t expect to get my money back. I will never use this Company again.

Hi there, I am really disappointed at your delivery. The flowers and the birthday treat box was left on the floor at the first floor. The delivery address is on the forth floor no body knocked on the door! My niece was waiting for her surprise. The flowers went missing and also th treat box, I have trusted your website and placed this order from Canada. I would appreciate either a refund or sending a second order without charging me but deliver it with a trust worthy delivery company.

I actually cannot believe what I have received!! A Ā£50 arrangement for our mum's 80th birthday and I should have saved my money and went to Tesco!! Disappointed does not even come close.

I Always use prestige flowers they always fresh and have such a good choice of flowers displays and the value is better than other sites I have seen !! so Iā€™m very happy to recommend them ā€¦..

My order was sent to the wrong house number and I arranged collection myself. When opening my package, the flowers were brown and busy dying. Prestige flowers also missed parts on my order and not included the birthday hamper, only the cake. After multiple email complains and proofing photos. After a week or two, Prestige flowers then said they will refund Ā£15 pounds via voucher to my account to purchase another product from their online account. This was never sent. Please donā€™t waist your money. Their services are really bad.

Ordered the Ivory Harmony, which includes white or cream roses and peonies. Topped up Ā£10 for large size. What was delivered was a small bunch of daisies.

After reading some of the negative reviews after I ordered was abit worried but flowers came on time fresh looked lovely on downfall I might have is I order large 2 bouquets came to Ā£117 including delivery so it's definitely on the more exspensive side I thought they might have been bigger and expected a wow factor which I dunno if the price justified but still lovely flowers although for that price defo only for special occasions M&S do lovely flowers for a fraction of the price.

This is my first visit to Prestige Flowers website. There is so much choice, and such good prices. Its a wedding Anniversary bouquet for my brother and his wife. We live a long way apart, but keep in touch. I never miss their Anniversary, they have been married over 65 years, and still very happy.

I suggest you never use Royal Mail ever again because they are absolutely useless. Itā€™s my anniversary today, so I posted some flowers to be delivered today. Royal Mail sent me a photo of my delivery which clearly isnā€™t any flowers, plus didnā€™t even deliver the parcel they had. Shocking really I got home from working a 14 hr day to no gift for my anniversary for my missus

Flowers arrived a day late. The flowers do not look like the photo, nowhere near as vibrant or colourful. There were even a few moldy flowers when they arrived. I would not use ever again. Won't allow me to upload a photo for some reason.

I made a 1 digit mistake in my postcode which I could never get rectified. They kept telling me they take no responsibility for the address and so my order was just never delivered. The particular postcode didnā€™t even exist but they didnā€™t bother to check the address existed or attempt to have the ā€œcourierā€ redirect it. I spent 5 days chasing the Helpdesk as to where my delivery was only to get ā€œwe take no responsibility for the delivery of your productā€. I couldnā€™t even chase it myself as I was not the sender. So Ā£60+ for no product and no ability to even chase it down. Iā€™m not 100% convinced this website isnā€™t some sort of scam. Ridiculous.

Absolutely disgraceful bunch of flowers sent to a friend, I was completely mortified.. I would have been better spending Ā£6.99 in my local garage because thatā€™s what they looked like. Will never waste my money with them again!
