I ordered a bouquet that was reduced from £69.99 to £49.99 I then paid £10 extra for a large bouquet. They have arrived today and are awful two stems are broken and I could have probably purchased a similar bouquet from a local florist for less that £20. I contacted there live chat service and was told oh it looks like we sent medium and not large I will give you a £5 credit for the inconvenience. It’s not for the inconvenience it’s the amount I have been overcharged and seems as though this is done on purpose with the hope people won’t challenge it. I have sent gifts directly from prestige before and would be heartbroken if they have received similar to me today.
