Pretty disappointed I ordered large that's my hand no way is that a large bunch Flowers in background lot bigger and a lot less Does not look large to me For the price not impressed at all

I placed an order on Wednesday and it stated next day delivery. It didn't arrive for the recipients birthday , but the day after. Normally I wouldn't complain but it was a very sick relative who was in hospital for her birthday. Not pleased so won't order from you again.

Love Prestige flowers, it allows me to send "love" to my 89yr old friend in England from my home in Canada. Only complaint about the website is that there's no way to add the promotion code until after choosing to pay - it adds a little panic that maybe the discount won't go thruogh. Please provide a place to paste it BEFORE going to payment so we know exactly what it's costing us. That said, the bonus offers really help us to reach out to our BELOVEDS who live far away. Very disappointing and terrible customer service. I recently ordered a large bouquet called 'Freesia Fields' for my mum, as they are her favourite flowers. To start with, Royal Mail left the flowers outside the wrong house and she had to go hunting for them. When finally retrieved, I asked my mum to send me some picture’s and was disappointed to find only FOUR stems of freesia in the bouquet. There were also roses however some of these had petal burn. FOUR stems on a LARGE 'freesia' bouquet! That's right ... FOUR! Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the florist manager claimed there was no quality issue and that the bouquet was the correct size!! Seriously! I find this response shocking and unacceptable. FOUR stems! God help if you order a standard size how many freesia you would get!! Overall, this experience was very disappointing. The quality of some of the flowers was ok which is why I have left 1 star, however the quantity was not. The service was far below what I expected. I would not recommend this company and suggest you look at alternatives like M&S and Waitrose, which offer better quality, quantity and value for money. Just in case you want to order this bouquet .. remember FOUR stems :-(

Be careful when ordering. I placed an order to be delivered next day to my daughter. The order was placed but to be delivered to me. I immediately went on the help line to cancel or redirect the order but because it was after 5pm I was told that it was too late and I hadn't requested help within a reasonable time period. Customer services are poor and unhelpful, just met with a barrage of "computer say's no " The order form is confusing. Result as a I am not able to get to my daughter's house I got a £50 bouquet to myself that I gave to the postman. Very disappointed. Go through Amazon or a local florist.

I'm shocked to say the least..this is now the second order we have made and i am very disappointed at what's arrived today.my bill for my wife's flowers and Belgium chocolates came to over £63 which is fine if the amount of stems matched the price.I opted for the bigger bouquet for an extra £10 which as far as I can see is an extra two roses.also the card that came with the message is poorly presented perforated at bottom of the card and the message I wanted not even straight or in the centre of the page. Whatever happened to quality and value for money. I doubt I will be using this company again.

i placed an order, flowers, card and delivery at one price then ended up paying another, scanned copies of everything so can prove it. not at all happy, lady on live chat did her best, not her fault but what a scam, without ticking any boxes my basic order was increased to medium for an addition £5, not a lot but its the principle of being mislead will never use them again i now wait 3 to 5 working days for my money back.........utter rubbish

I've previously recieved flowers from Prestige as a gift and they were beautifully presented and lasted for ages, so I had no hesitation in using Prestige to send a gift to a family member, knowing they will love their flowers.

Got my girlfriend some flowers for her birthday and she loved them. I got a free box of chocolates sent with them and I paid a little extra which gave me free shipping for 6 months. They’ve been my go-to flower company when I want some delivered and I’ll keep using them. They email really good discounts and their scheduled deliveries are always on time. Amazing company

Sent my partner some lillys and roses as a surprise for her. Lillys were lovely but unfortunately the roses where abit wilted and brown.. She was still very happy to receive them. Also packaging was abit damaged but that could of been royal mails fault.. Would of been 5 stars ⭐ if it wasn't for the roses..

Would not buy from this site again, very disappointed for a number of reasons. Flowers did not arrive on the day specified and when they did arrive the next day I was shocked and disappointed at the difference between the 'sales' picture (on website) and actual, especially as I had ordered the large option. Flowers arrived dull in colour compared to the website photo and could not replicate the floral spread. Got suckered with this one and lesson learnt, won't be buying from these again.

Awful flowers. Paid £50 for a £5 bouquets that was dead. Company is usless and won’t give refund. Not happy. Do not use this company they are complete scammers. Flowers also didn’t turn up until after 8PM !!! I had to leave at 5pm to get to the grave yard before it shut I am absolutely devastated it ruined the whole day.

Flowers look great and fresh. I know from previous orders they do seem to last as well hence 3 stars. However when paying for a large arrangement what was delivered was rather disappointing. Looked more like a small/medium arrangement (see image). Doesn't look much like the image shown on website with all the lovely greenery around the flowers making a really full arrangement. . 🙁
