Very disappointing and terrible customer service. I recently ordered a large bouquet called 'Freesia Fields' for my mum, as they are her favourite flowers. To start with, Royal Mail left the flowers outside the wrong house and she had to go hunting for them. When finally retrieved, I asked my mum to send me some picture’s and was disappointed to find only FOUR stems of freesia in the bouquet. There were also roses however some of these had petal burn. FOUR stems on a LARGE 'freesia' bouquet! That's right ... FOUR! Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the florist manager claimed there was no quality issue and that the bouquet was the correct size!! Seriously! I find this response shocking and unacceptable. FOUR stems! God help if you order a standard size how many freesia you would get!! Overall, this experience was very disappointing. The quality of some of the flowers was ok which is why I have left 1 star, however the quantity was not. The service was far below what I expected. I would not recommend this company and suggest you look at alternatives like M&S and Waitrose, which offer better quality, quantity and value for money. Just in case you want to order this bouquet .. remember FOUR stems :-(
