Thank you so much for such a beautifully packaged bouquet, card and gift which you sent to my elderly mother. She was overjoyed and is looking forward to her afternoon tea. I was worried they wouldn’t turn up on time as everything I normally send her is days late no matter how far in advance I order but you were bang on time. Amazing. Thank you again.

What a disappointing bunch of flowers received today for a staff member who had lost a parent suddenly! The flowers themselves were ok and the delivery fast, but we upgraded to a bigger size and considering there was £10 off and with the cost of delivery was still £41. The amount of flowers given were shocking!! I'd hate to have paid £51 for a bunch of flowers that I could have picked up in the shop for about £15. Will not be using again and like many others wish I'd looked at reviews beforehand.

They came today for my wife the water had leaked and the box was damp and drained the roses had a brown edge to the from being dry very dissapointed as normaly have a good service KIND REGARDS TIM SMITH

MISLEADING PHOTOS - Honestly couldve gotten this for £5 on Tesco and just mailed it. It wouldve been cheaper. No way this is worth £20 of flowers plus shipping! Never ordering from them again

Extremely disappointed with this company and their attitude. I wanted to support a local business and guaranteed next day delivery was stated on the website if the order was made before 10pm I made the order around 5pm for a birthday gift for my elderly relative the delivery address was LOCAL, about a 10 min drive from the shop. They sent the flowers via Royal Mail to their MIDLAND Hub about 300 miles away so no surprise they didn't arrive the next day. Their response was not sympathetic, just a standard T&C blurb about deliveries to certain 'hard to reach' areas may take another day which in our case did not apply. They did offer a 4 pound credit on any future offers. Big deal. Not exactly the 100% satisfaction guaranteed offer their website states. Will not being using them again.

Ordered the medium Rose and Freesia bouquet. Very disappointed with the quality and quantity of flowers. Roses had died within days and there was far too much greenery. Would not recommend

Awful, flowers for wife birthday did not arrive on planned date at her work and she wasnt on shift the day they did eventually turn up. Customer service was just generic enail nonsense likely AI generated. From a returning customer, will not be using them again. Very poor.

The flowers started dying after 6 days. Normally good quality. On this occasion they weren't. Over £60 spent. Customer service insist upon making any complaints upto 3 days of receipt. You can only highlight an issue when it happens. Wouldn't let me upload pictures of dying bouquet. Won't buy again from this site. Customer service pointless.

My husband bought me the Tikal bouquet for my Birthday, absolutely stunning on arrival, but they were dead within a week. The Cala Lillies lasted 2/3 days. Really disappointed as I have used Prestige before.

Disappointing. Ordered large bouquet and was sent a small bouquet that in no way resembled the photo online. Now they have asked another photo. How many do they need? I am not asking my distressed relative for more photos.

When I ordered the flowers it wasn't on the Web page that they get despatched 20+hours before they are delivered so they are sat in transit 20+ hours When they was finally delivered they didn't look very fresh .When I emailed and sent pictures to the company was just basically told there wasn't anything wrong with them .I've seen better flowers in supermarkets and alot cheaper .

Claims to deliver every day of the week yet took my order at 7pm Friday for a next day delivery - for the flowers to be sat in the Royal Mail hub from 3.30am Sat and delivered on Monday . And when you check the terms and conditions they actually don’t care or help if this happens. Will never order again - who wants flowers that arrive half dead and 2 days late.
