Really disappointed. Have used Prestige several times previously and have been very impressed. This time they used my billing address as the delivery address. I contacted them within 3 hours to try to either change the delivery address or cancel the order. The delivery was not due until 2 days later but they refused to amend or cancel.
The flowers they deliver are lovely but their customer service is sadly lacking!
