This order for flowers was placed on 26th dec. asked for a delivery date, clicked 28th Your company accepted payment. I was left with the understanding the delivery would be made on date stated. Received an email on 28th at 19:45 stating delivery would be 31st. Totally unacceptable. How can your company offer out delivery dates that are deceiving. Please explain this. Total disappointment with this company. Would never use again or recommend. Ken brown

Hello, Thank you for your review. Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise on our website. I wish I read all the bad reviews first before placing an order. I wanted the flowers to be delivered on the birthday of my sis in law. It is obviously going to be two days late as they use royal mail, the flowers was not delivered on the date that I requested. Never again I will be using this company.

If I could give you no stars I would .I ordered and paid for what I believed was next day delivery to find it wasn't till a week later .thought it may be my mistake and so thought no problem I ll just ring .tried numerous times but just got cut everytime after being on hold for 10 minutes or so and no chat available .both weekdays .when the flowers have finally arrived at my son and his wife I'm just embarrassed .medium sized £40 in all and the flowers I could have got for a few quid at a supermarket .I'm shocked and won't using you again

DO NOT USE! Wish I had read reviews before spending £40 on a Christmas bunch of flowers! The flowers I received were nothing like the pictures on the website. Made a complaint and absolutely nothing was done about it, will never use company again and would advise others to not waste their money on this company also! Pictures attached 1 of what I was meant to get and the other what actually arrived .

Flowers arrived at the wrong address. By the time received not looking their best and the card was all wet and there was a white stick sticking up in the middle (not seen in picture on the web site) I contacted prestige but didn’t get any help or support numerous emails sent with repeat response. I have now contacted the financial ombudsman and the retail ADR for advice. Not reliable, take no responsibility and poor customer service.

Ordered a large Noel, what arrived was a small bunch of pink flowers with a couple of neon pink cones. Tried to upload photo but wouldn’t upload, probably to embarrassed to show themselves. Pretty but disappointing, will stick with interflora in future.

Ordered flowers and wine box for delivery on 23rd December. I appreciate it’s a busy time of year so ordered in ample time to achieve this. Flowers were delivered to a neighbour and the wine left under a garden bench in a house at the other end of the street, and the occupants were away for Christmas. Recipient left no cards to say where they were and eventually hunted them all down on 28th. Several emails to “Megan” in CS who basically said it is at the discretion of the courier where and how they deliver! I paid £12 for delivery and it was woeful. Prestige not prepared to accept responsibility nor refund the delivery costs. They are only interested in “feedback that will help improve our service “ - judging by other comments it isn’t working. I cannot recommend using them. Review form will not let you answer the questions.

The delivery was on time, so no problems with that. The price for what you get is ridiculous though. Utterly disappointed as there wasn't really anything to them. Totally not what they looked like on the picture, they were far more vibrant and full, and they weren't even for me! They were for my partner, luckily she liked them but for what I paid I'm astonished, and not in a good way. Sharen't be using again, sorry to say.

A winter birthday bouquet arrived on 24 Dec with the roses already dead. I sent photographs immediately and was told a florist manager saw nothing wrong with them. Comments were made about guard petals protecting inner petals before they bloomed but flowers were very obviously dead. The petals were falling off and dry and crinkled. They were plainly dead.. 4 e mails later no responsibility was taken but a £15 voucher offered as gesture of goodwill. As everything costs too much plus £5.99 delivery it was not satisfactory. I certainly would not use this company again. I give no stars but to submit this review I had to give one.

Ordered a Christmas arrangement to be sent as a gift to my Mum and Step dad for Christmas . What I ordered and paid for , and what they actually received , are 2 different things . ! The flowers they got are nothing like what was in the photo when I paid for them , hardly any flowers at all , I was so embarrassed when my Mum sent me a photo of them. I immediately contacted this company via email and their replies to me are obviously being dealt with by different people , they keep asking me the same question and state that the flowers have been delivered ! Yes, I know they’ve been delivered, I’m complaining about WHAT was delivered . Customer service is shocking , I appreciate that we’ve had Christmas when they would have been closed but this isn’t good enough . I almost £40 for the flowers , which is a lot of money to me as I’m disbanded and unable to work . I won’t be ordering from here again and I want this resolving asap .

I ordered Christmas Flowers to be sent to my sister on December 23rd.. However no sign, and I was scrambling about trying to find out where the flowers had gone! I got zero help from customer service, and told the flowers would probably be held up because we live in Scotland ( we live in central belt 20 miles from Glasgow),.. So finally on the 28th, 5 days are the the intended date to arrive ( which I booked on November) the flowers showed up, a wee but exhausted looking, and past their best! I am going in circles with customer care, who really don’t care, what they fail to understand is this was a gift, I needed them and wanted them delivered for Christmas, that is the point of florists… it’s at the point now I give up, however I buy garage flowers before I use prestige flowers again!!! I’m so bitterly disappointed !!

Large size ordered but friend took photo of what was received and it was embarrassing. He must have thought I’d ordered the cheapest bouquet! It was £45 with postage and the company say it was in line with their quality and sizing. Nothing as an apology, no partial refund, nothing. Will never use again. I will add that they were delivered next day.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Flowers did not arrive on the day ordered were a leaving gift for a colleague, we had to buy more flowers for her. Tracking showed they had been sat at a hub for 2 days so would not have arrived in an acceptable condition. I have explained all this only to ti nd told that they use 3rd party couriers, out of their control…,,,, I will still continue to seek the refund. Poor service, No customer care.

The flowers were beautiful and I loved how they were organised. Big issue is how the flowers already game dying, withered as if they had been stored somewhere for a long time then delivered. Maybe this is a once in a while issue? who knows but my flowers are already dying and I’ve barely had them.
