First photo is what I ordered 2nd is what was received so embarrassed to send a friend flowers only for her to receive 5 roses and 1 Lillie foliage was dead I ordered a medium bouquet terrible condition the flowers very disappointing

When receiving the flowers they look nothing like the photo. For one the size of bunch I got was medium and it definitely wasn’t worth 33 pound the card I placed with it was soaking wet and ripped

I ordered next day delivery for a girl at work that was leaving. They tried to deliver at 7pm well after the office had closed on a Friday night. Next delivery was Monday. By the time the flowers arrived the roses were brown at the edges. Complete misdescription on advertising! I ordered a large for £40 and received what looked like an £8 bunch of reduced supermarket flowers. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! When I complained about the delivery I got the 'third party delivery'. No attempt at apology. A skinny little bunch of sad flowers that were well past their best for £40! Better to buy local.

The flowers ordered did not arrive as first stated. Causing great disappointment at is was a birthday gift. If arrived late into the afternoon. The flowers when recieved were not in the best of condition.

Awful company. I paid extra for the larger bunch of flowers and what I got was dreadful. Can’t imagine what the regular bunch looked like. Tried to complain and the company just weren’t interested. Disappointing and let down. Will never buy from these again . I would have given zero if possible. Picture I have added shows what u should have compared to what I got

Flowers were purchased for valentine's day, when the flowers came it was around 4 or 5 white roses that were already dying and the leaves were dying to, the bunch looked nothing like what was advertised. I emailed the company to be told the flowers were fine and good quality, I have now had the flowers 10 days and they are continuing to die I have once again emailed the company with up to date pictures to be told again the flowers are good quality and meet quality standards. I fully appreciate that sometimes products don't match what is advertised but I have emailed the company to be told they are fine. I am extremely unhappy with this response as I am unable to enjoy the flowers that cost over £30 for, I have emailed them around 5 times so this review is a last resort as they don't seem to want to acknowledge my disatifaction of the product. I will not be purchasing again from this company.

Arrived on time, flowers were smaller than the photos but still in bud. They were cut, watered and fed but never opened. Really underwhelming given the price so won't be using them again.

Nothing like the pictures. Paid £40 for a bunch of flowers I could have bought in the supermarket for £8. Turned up late after ordering 5 days in advance. Paid for large. Won’t both again. Appreciate flowers are more expensive around valentines but this was a week after!
