I ordered valentine's day flowers for my friend with a next day delivery option. The flowers did not arrive via royal mail until 3 days after valentine's day . Very disappointed!!!

I ordered flowers for mother’s day and I picked the date 30th march for delivery. As I heard nothing back I emailed them on the delivery day and I was told they wouldn’t be delivered until the 1st April so my mum didn’t have her flowers on time. Fuming

I would strongly advise against using this florist. My experience was nothing short of frustrating - from missed delivery deadline to poor customer service. I placed an order well in advance for a special occasion, only to have it arrive 3 days later, completely missing the moment it was meant for. When I reached out for an update, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, offering vague excuses instead of real solutions. There was no proactive communication and no effort to make things right. If you're looking for reliability and quality, look elsewhere. There are plenty of florists who actually care about their customers and their commitments. Unfortunately, this isn’t one of them.

As previous customers have said, the flowers were almost dead when they finally arrived. They were ordered to be delivered the day before Mother's Day, but didn't arrive until two days later. That is despite paying £5.99 to have a named day tracked 24 delivery service. When I complained, the agent was sympathetic but I get the feeling nothing will be done. I was really disappointed for my mum, as the photos online look nothing like the actual product. After 3 days in the postage system, the flowers are wild and some flowers had broken off. Will never order from Prestige again.

I wish the reviews that are on now were on when I ordered the nice looking flowers that were advertised which looked nothing like the pictures, companies like this should not be allowed to keep ripping people off it’s a joke! I paid £36 with delivery, they were for Mother’s Day from my 2 kids and I feel like I let them down big time! I’ll be going back to a reputable company and pay extra for some better quality flowers!

Flowers arrived 2 days late missing Mother's Day, 1/3 the size of the photo (I paid £80 for the largest bunch available) with many of the flowers wilted. Customer service didn't see anything wrong with this. I almost never post negative reviews but this was deeply disappointing and a but embarrassing as it was a gift. The only positive was one type of flower in the bunch was unusual and very beautiful. As a frequent bouquet consumer I won't be using Prestige again.

Unfortunately they falsely advertise 'Next Day' Delivery but that is not the case. Ordered on Friday for Mother's Day only to be delivered on Monday. Don't waste your money with this company. I won't be back.

The flowers arrived and looked absolutely nothing like the images online… I paid £56 and chose “medium” size, what arrived was a tiny bunch which I wouldn’t have even chosen from a shop. The box they came in was ridiculous, the box looked empty. I’m sick and tired of companies falsely advertising! Images show what I ordered vs what arrived - completely different!

I order the Mother’s Day flowers on 28 March with a box of chocolate for £57 and the receipent said there was no flowers received but only a box of chocolate. I have complaint to their email address and was asked to provide a photo of the item received. I did not asked the receipent of the photo of a a box of chocolate she received as she is elderly and I do believe her what she said that there was no flowers because I could not provide the photo of a box of chocolate they will only offer me £10 vouchers. I emailed them back that they can keep the £10 Voucher but will not ordering with this site anymore

Overall experience was far from satisfactory. Ordered bunch to be delivered on Monday, delivery failed flowers spend from 5pm to next day at depo, to then travel to nearest post office and was delivered at the end of day 2 ! Approached re quality and limited flower content, aparently picture on the website is medium size, very miss leading information, poor quality flowers and poor time management for order for 'next day delivery avaiable' Shocking.

Disappointing experience. Bought flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered the day before so they were there on time and failed to be delivered until the Monday. Nearly dead flowers ruining what should’ve been a wonderful gift and email response to my complaint didn’t even acknowledge what I’d said to them.

woeful company ! flowers for mothers day delivered a day late, the company say delivery is not guarenteed ! in that case why give a preferred delivery date. i won't waste my money with them again. go to a local florist and get a proper service is my advice. it's almost as if they expected problems as the phone line was out of action on monday. so no chance to talk to anyone.

Purchased as a Mother's Day gift. Bouquet smaller than expected. The roses wilted quickly, whilst the lillies remained in bud. At nearly £30 (Inc delivery) I expected much more. My mother was honest and said they were a disappointment.

Ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day which didn’t turn up on the day. The flowers arrived late the following day, customer service don’t seem to care, regurgitate terms and conditions which allow them to be 3 days late apparently, and blame their courier. Won’t be ordering from here again, flowers are ordered for occasions and it’s unacceptable to a reply to a complaint stating they can be 3 days late.

Flowers were pretty BUT I ordered them for delivery on 29 March and they eventually arrived on 1 April. As they were obviously for mothers day ( Sunday 30th) I'm disappointed in the service

Unfortunately my flowers arrived on monday after 3. I know it was a busy time but my daughter wanted me to order the flowers on Friday. And the flowers themselves are Unfortunately near the end of there lifespan not the bast very dead looking and fowers have fallen down in the bouquet. Have had flowers before which were beautiful from this company but this time it seems it might be my last time..... I tried to send a photo but unfortunately it would not let me....

I came here to leave a bad review due to very poor service. To my surprise, I can see many people have left similar reviews within the past few hours. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day. However, prestige flowers failed to mention that they would be using Royal Mail!! Who clearly do not deliver on Sundays! I have expressed my disappointment, to be met with very poor customer service, who will not take any responsibility. My mothers flowers have now arrived, but I am very disappointed with the quality. The colours to not match the order and the bunch is the smallest ‘“large” bunch of flowers I have seen. I will not be a returning customer and do not recommend
