Ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day which didn’t turn up on the day. The flowers arrived late the following day, customer service don’t seem to care, regurgitate terms and conditions which allow them to be 3 days late apparently, and blame their courier. Won’t be ordering from here again, flowers are ordered for occasions and it’s unacceptable to a reply to a complaint stating they can be 3 days late.
