“Charged £60 call out refused to set traps and wanted to charge £700 +vat to gas them another company came along set traps and caught quite a few all at reasonable price”

Thank you again for your feedback and apologies for the poor experience. We appreciate customers leaving reviews as it’s the best way to find out how to improve our service. As you are now aware, I spoke with our local technician, and he explained your mole issue was a bit of an unusual case for him, in that it was a very large area and in his opinion, was better suited for gassing (with a 100% success rate). He thought he explained that whilst trapping is an option, it would require so many visits, with numerous traps (more than he currently holds) to get anywhere near the success rate of gassing that, in his opinion, it didn’t make sense. However, he didn’t mean to leave you with the impression that gassing was the only option open to you. He is very successful with trapping, but this the the largest job he had come across in his time with PestControl.co.uk. We do try to delight all our customers, and with that in mind we have refunded the £60 that you were charged for the visit. Thank you again for the feedback and opportunity to make things right.

“Excellent! We unfortunately had a rat problem in our new home and contacted Cliff immediately. He replied very quickly and was able to come the next day to investigate and put baits. He came back the week after to check on things and put more baits. He followed up 2 weeks later to check our problem was resolved. Thank you very much!”

“I had an issue with a Mole in my garden. Chris was very prompt in coming around, and set up the necessary traps. He was very clear on the plan of action, and duly adhered to this plan, both in terms of action and timing. Issue was resolved in a timely manner.”

“Great service from my local PestControl.co guy Seamus. He surveyed the loft space a placed traps for squirrels and mice and tracking powder. After a couple of day's I heard the first trap spring and we had a mouse. Soon to be followed by five more. Seamus left me with the traps and other solutions, so so far so good. Highly recomended.”
