Jamie turned up within a couple of hours of me calling.
We talked through the issues and he advised what he believed we needed to do.
Having done that he said he would return in about a week to check the situation.
He came back as promised and found a dead rat which he carefully removed.
There has been no problem since.
I was very impressed, Jamie kept me informed of what he was doing and passed on some good tips.
