Despite a promise of 1 to 2 days delivery it is now 8 days and I have still not received the item I ordered I have phoned for an explanation but the girl who answered the phone could not tell me if my item had been despatched or not. A promise to phone me to let me know by 5.30 Friday did not happen. Phoned this morning only an answermachine so I am extremely disappointed and annoyed

I have an issue with Mazda and Mitsubishi spares because a reconditioned gearbox ordered and paid for was not as I asked for. the gearbox was sent back but the company will not re-emburse the money I paid for it and I intend taking them to court if it is not paid a.s.a.p. They have had the money since 28th january, it took a month for the gearbox to arrive and it was collected on 16th march but they refuse to re-emburse me. The office of fair trading has been informed and are assisting me.

Hi don't use Savior group they said I could have a refund if haven't had it they sent the wrong wing mirror useless. But Devlin car breakers Cookstown was very good they sent the right one & prompt service I would recommend them Mick

Not a very good service when purchased our turbo we were sold the incorrect part and told we had to send it back for repair disposed of our original and part still did not fit so had to purchase a new turbo from another supplier as we were refused a refund and parts gateway supplier would no longer reply to us or the garage that wanted to explain why the part did not fit. Very poor service. The good news is that the clamp that we received from another parts gateway supplier fitted and was speedily delivered. Excellent service.

To start I received conformation that my part had been posted on Friday and to give time for delivery 1-2 working days but on Thursday still no part so I rang supplier they said they didn't know what I was talking about but would call back to let me know what the problem was but no call so I rang again Friday they said it should be with me that day because they posted it Thursday not bad a week late I said to the man he replied not my fault I've been of. Very poor?

Danger....Link to French Car Spares...I trust PartsGateway BUT do not go near French Car Spares of Birmingham..In my case they sent wrong parts covered in muck...after weeks and weeks of telephone calls..They will not refund,lie say its in the post, parts sent to wrong address,phone put down left for hour time after time...false names given by staff...Do not try to buy from FRENCH CAR SPARES...Danger No parts No Refund Staff that Lie..I made 47 telephone calls to company..be warned..PartsGateway is a good company they cannot have a French Car Spares on the books....

hi I bought a Peugeot 108 space saver from n.c.s.peugeot spares I got a ford wheel that did not fit and at £39.60 with free delivery no mention of scotland I was charged £49.60 that he took out of my account I had had a bit of bother trying to get him to refund the extra £10.00 so I will never deal with n.c.s. spares and hope this review will not be deleted yours david hardie

Absolute joke, item came in shoddy packaging and was totally unuseable. Completely rusted through. Parts on original car where better than the scrap they sent.

I have given a poor review for my first experience with French Spare cars based in Birmingham. Their customer service is appalling. The part never arrived despite frequent calls. After four weeks I eventually got a refund, however, this was followed by fraudulent activity from my bank account. Although I can't prove given the transactions were courier services and one of which was certainly based in the same locality as French Cars I strongly suspect the company. I will not go through them again and they should be struck off your syndicate of garages. Promises that the part would be delivered was clearly total fabrication. My second purchase with Cit Ren was, however, very good and could not fault, I do hope your agency reviews its position with Ftench Spare cars ltd. They should not be allowed to trade and should be investigated. Since this experience I have looked at their website and I can see reviews that mirror my experience, so my experience is not unique.

We are sorry to hear you experienced problems with French Car Spares. This sellers account was terminated as soon as we received reports of bad trading practices. We are glad Cit-Ren Ltd managed to supply the correct item and hope this has restored faith in the service we offer.

french car parts weather strips for my megan windows the first lot were bent and the wrong ones the secound lot were the same the wrong ones . the third lot were the right ones but only the drivers side was any good when i rang up to find out whare they were they put the phone down so i landed up paying £36 for one side i am a 71 year old disabled man not happy

ordered a part week last thursday, expected it next day ,did not arrive. received email saying it was posted on friday. had not received it by tuesday so i phoned them and spoke to rob who assured me that he would get back to me but i had to ring him back. he told me that it had been sent to me but not to my address. the next day lee phoned me and said that he would try and get it from elsewhere and eould ring me back, which he has not

The part I ordered and paid for still hasn't arrived they said 2 to 3 working days delivery it has been 7 since I had their dispatched confirmation email.
