“Was happy with the service. When arrived back it was pouring with rain and they brought the 2 cars we had parked to us so saved 7 of us getting into minibus and back out was very grateful for thus.”
“We were a party of 8 and the bus had to make 2 trips to get us all to the airport. We had to stand outside and wait in a queue so as not to lose our spot in the line as other families were waiting too. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. On arrival back into uk we rang the number on the card and had the same collection issues, other families with young kids stood outside waiting for one bus to shuttle us all back to the site. We landed in the middle of the night and had to wait 45 mins for anyone to collect us. The driver was smoking in the bus which stunk. When we got back only 1 of our 2 cars had been brought around so we went to retrieve it ourselves. I’ll never use this company again.”

“Very friendly people, help you a lot. Good service we never had an issue at all, car was perfect when we got back to it. Good value for parking so t know why people gave back feed back to them at all. We will definitely use again if we fly from Liverpool.”
“Arrival, processing and drive to Liverpool Airport highly satisfactory. However, the return on Saturday 13th July 2024 was problematic - a 30 minute wait for collection and return to the car. When the minibus did arrive, despite my partner and I being 2nd in the waiting queue, others who arrived at the pick-up zone far later ran for the minibus and just jumped in...just like the Italians do. Not a good advert for residents of Merseyside. We, however, with the driver bumped them off.
The car parking company need either a bigger minibus or another minibus and driver for times of peak demand.”
