You get what you pay for. This was the cheapest option. We are a large family of 6 with lots of luggage and 4 small children so had to wait over 40mins for the buses to take EVERYONE before us which was really frustrating. We then had no time in the airport to gather our thoughts, we had to rush through and get straight on the plane. All forgotten until our arrival back, we followed the instructions and called for a ride but then had to wait nearly 1 hour in the cold and drizzle whilst people kept storming on the 1 available bus in front of us. I personally wouldn't use again, it's worth it to me to pay the little bit extra (which it is when you factor in the additional £5 charge) to use the official airport parking, when travelling as a family anyway which is already stressful AF.
