We have beautiful, 5-star clinics in the city centre of Manchester (King Street) & the city centre of Liverpool (St Paul's Square). We also welcome patients in our very own purpose-built 12-bed, overnight hospital with 2 GA laminar flow theatres, and full imaging centre (MRI, CT, Mammography, X-Ray and Ultrasound).

“10/10. Mr El Gawad, Helen, Sara. What can i say. thank you for making me feel like a woman again. my 3 kids are the pride of my life. but my o my did i loose my youth and shape after 3 children!. all the yoga and spin classes in the world where not enough. so glad i have 3 beautiful children so please dont think i am not saying that. but i am pleased i can wear a dress again without fearing what people think of my tummy and boobs. Mr El Gawad is the mummy makeover genius xxx”

“These guys are so nice and honest. I actually came wanting breast implants. The surgeon was really understanding, I was his last patient of the clinic and the clinic was about to close. But he spent over an hour with me as I had so many questions. Helen was really happy to stay later and didnt cause a fuss at all - most people would have been looking at their watches non-stop. I was so relieved i was made to feel comfortable after 1 hour, Mr Prasad and I both agreed that surgery wasnt suitable for me just yet as i wasnt 100% sure on what outcome I wanted recieve or what size. rather than rush me into book a surgery date, I was told to book again once i could of considered all my options i spoke to my mum, sister and best friend who were really supportive. I couldnt thank them enough. i came back to see the consultant again about 3 months later. Helen even swapped her shift so she could see me and make sure I had all my questions answered. everyone was so sweet. i booked in and just had my op last month. it was a bit tender at first but i was assured that was normal. i had maxine the nurse on the other end of the phone who was always able to help me if i got scared realy great experience and i will proudly recommend Mr Prasad, Helen and Pall Mall to everyone!”

“I don’t speak very well English and the phone call receptionists are often not really polite. I said I prefer emails but they still call me and leave phone messages speaking very fast and not in British English but with local accents. When I call back (because of they don’t write me emails) they sometimes don’t have patience, and they close the call while I’m still talking”

“I won this on a competition and it was fabulous, the staff were excellent but I drove to Manchester with my husband and son and they were not able to get blood, I had to drive back to Newton Le Willows on another day to give the blood - it cost me an arm and a leg in petrol (not literally) and this could have been resolved by giving me instructions to drink enoguh water and keep warm etc,”

“What a wonderful experience I had with this hospital! All the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. I had breast augmentation by Dr Prasad and I'm over the moon with the results!!! They look so natural I couldn't be happier!! I couldn't recommend enough. I was so nervous and anxious and all the staff I met there put me at ease. It was more like a hotel than a hospital! So clean and I wasn't waiting long for my appointments whatsoever. If I could remember all the staffs' names who dealt with me I would love to personally thank them for making it an experience I'll never forget. Whenever I've had any enquiries I've been responded to straight away. It's been two weeks and the dressings are off - the incisions are barely noticeable very well hidden. Fantastic job absolutely thrilled with the results. I wanted a natural look to look in proportion and that's exactly what I got. Thank you Dr Prasad and Pall Mall team you've changed my life.”
