What a wonderful experience I had with this hospital! All the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. I had breast augmentation by Dr Prasad and I'm over the moon with the results!!! They look so natural I couldn't be happier!! I couldn't recommend enough. I was so nervous and anxious and all the staff I met there put me at ease. It was more like a hotel than a hospital! So clean and I wasn't waiting long for my appointments whatsoever. If I could remember all the staffs' names who dealt with me I would love to personally thank them for making it an experience I'll never forget. Whenever I've had any enquiries I've been responded to straight away. It's been two weeks and the dressings are off - the incisions are barely noticeable very well hidden. Fantastic job absolutely thrilled with the results. I wanted a natural look to look in proportion and that's exactly what I got. Thank you Dr Prasad and Pall Mall team you've changed my life.
