UPDATE 17th June After a very prompt response due to this negative review offering their sincerest apologies and promises of priority delivery for the missing parts and a credit of £100, once again ZERO actual action. No follow up on the missing parts, no sign of the credit and radio silence from the “customer service” team. Being told by auto response there will delays in response due to high volumes..!! It’s absolutely laughable, except it’s not funny in anyway that I’m £100s out of pocket and my daughter still does not have her slide! Next stop trading standards. They shouldn’t even get 1 star. Customer service is diabolical. I don’t n is why they even bother to claim to have customer service. Ordered a slide on 27th May, notification of shipment 2nd June. Tracked order and saw delivery due 4th June. So far, so good…. Open the front door on 4th June to a random pack of wooden slats on my doorstep, no one bothered to knock or ring the door bell. I heaved it inside and assumed it was to do with the slide. Clearly there was parts missing, including the actual slide itself. Due to their being no communication that we should expect the delivery in multiple parts I emailed customer service requesting assistance on where the remaining parts were. 5th June, get home massive slide on my doorstep. Didn’t ring the doorbell or knock on the door, I have a video door bell so can evidence this. Heaved the slide indoors. 7th June finally a response to my email, stating all parts have been delivered. No apology, no explanation, just once sentence. 8th June, go to put the slide together. No instructions, no fixing and 75% of wooden parts needed missing!! Another email sent, as clearly the previous response was a lie. Now reading previous reviews I realise I have made a HUGE mistake ordering from Outdoortoys.com and am in for a lengthy and stressful wait for the issue to be resolved. It is totally beyond me why these items are sent in multiple pieces, in multiple shipments with absolutely NO communication to the fact. I am incredibly disappointed and very frustrated I didn’t do my due diligence before giving this company money. Wish me luck in my endeavour to receive the full item they have taken my money for over two weeks ago.

Ordered a swingset from them. Delivery time was long even though the item was in stock. Assembled and installed the item as per instructions (cemented in) and it still sways so much it is unsafe to use. I contacted the company, several phone calls and emails (sent pictures, videos) and they are adamant that the movement is fine. I told them it is not, the item is unsafe and not fit for purpose therefore I want to return it. They want it back exactly how I have recieved it. How am I supposed to do that if it is cemented in? I offered to dig it up myself and send it back with the cement or cut the legs just above the cement but they don't want to hear of it. So now I'm stuck with an item that is unsafe to use. 😡

I have currently spent almost an hour on the phone to this company after they completely failed to deliver our £500 play equipment which they have already taken money for. More than 3/4 of the order is still missing, almost two months on. As previous posters indicate, they don't reply to emails and they don't answer their phone. I currently have a £500 collection of random poles in my shed. Do not buy anything from this company.

No customer services, nobody answers phone of emails. Emails tell a lie 2 weeks later I got a reply totally unconnected to my query. By very prepared for a bad purchase

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing!!! They took my money straight away for a swingset I ordered 6 weeks ago - over £300. It was finally “delivered” in 3 separate bits on 3 consecutive days… but with the main overhead timber piece and the trapeze missing and without the fastening bolts that I paid an extra £30 for. So completely unusable. I emailed 2 weeks ago to ask if there were still items to be delivered or if they have been missed from my order, and have had no response at all! It was the main present for a birthday which now has been missed, causing a very upset child. I’ve had no communication from the company despite sending emails. They send an automatic response saying they are taking a long time to reply, and not to bother sending a follow up email or you will move back to the bottom of the pile! Terrible customer service. I want a refund of my money and some compensation for the ruined birthday.

Initially, I thought I had come across a good company. The order process went well, and I received most of the orders within the provided time frame. However, if you want good customer service, please avoid Outdoortoys. The fact that they have a large volume of calls and emails, and take over 9 days to respond (and at the time of writing I'm still waiting), when followed up, you are informed that you have been sent to the bottom of the list. Given that they have a 14-day complaints policy, this is not boarding well for them to accept responsibility and resolve the complaint.

Tractor stopped working within months of getting it. Outdoor Toys sent a switch for me to take the tractor apart and repair but they have sent the wrong part and won't answer emails/calls. Order ref OT24654

SH+T SHOW OF AN OUTFIT! Awful, sold short on products, did not arrive in full, sent the wrong wood for the climbing frame. Called 50+ times, emaile 5X. 7 WEEK delivery lead paid for 3-5 days! WORST ONLINE BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH GIVEN THEY TURN OVER 12,000,000 POUNDS A YEAR POOR FROM YOU!

despite numerous attempts to contact the company regarding an incomplete order which eventually led to me leaving a damning review I have still not received any further contact from this company. The goods were paid for in full on the 10th of May. The item was delivered over 3 different deliveries over a week with part of an item missing i.e. 1 bar to make the ring of the nest swing. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. It has now cost me an extra £50 to order another nest swing through Amazon which I wish I had done in the first place,

Is this company legitimate...? I placed an order on May 30th. I then wished to make a change to the order (actually increasing the total spend). I emailed, waited the requested 2 days, no answer. I rang the number 4 times the next day, waiting on hold for over an hour each time, no answer. I have emailed again, rung again and no response. I'm now questioning the legitimacy of the company as there doesn't seem to be anyone working here. I'm going to ring the bank to report the transaction if I don't have a reply within 24 hours.

REBO wooden swing set with up and over climbing wall. I don't think that I have ever written a negative review before but it just may be the only way to get a response from this company; After placing my order on the 10th of May with an 8 day delivery I was then informed on the 17th that there would be a delay. On the 24th I was informed it had been dispatched. On the 28th 2 boxes turned up. These were 2 of 7 items making up the order. I tried to call on the 29th and was on hold for an hour and seven minuets with no answer. I then wrote to inform them that only part of the order had arrived and got an auto reply back saying that they were very busy and would reply as soon as possible and please don't send multiple emails. The other items arrived over two further deliveries on the 31/May and the 4th of June. there is 1 bar missing from the nest swing so it cant be assembled. To date despite multiple emails and telephone calls I have had NO contact from this company regarding my queries (apart fro auto generated emails), We now have an incomplete swing set with up and over climbing wall and no apparent way of resolving the problem short of buying another nest swing from another supplier.

Well... The instructions are very poor in places. Parts where missing... They did come eventually but there was not information about this it just showed up. Also we have a damaged seat for the toddler swing and I think 30mins on hold is too long, plus there is no response to emails. we need this changing as little man can pinch himself if he uses the seat as it is. What we have is usable and the kids do love it but I would not recommend using outdoor toys.

I purchased this item, it took longer than stated for it to start to arrive. I had to chase this up and then I received only part of the order, it took 3 days over 3 different deliveries for it to arrive. We then put it together and were happy with the product. However within a month of building it one of the bars bent. I have then spent several hours on hold trying to talk to someone about getting a replacement part to no avail, no one has ever picked up the phone. I have sent emails, several of them, to receive an automated reply saying they a receiving a high volume and to please be patient. I then got an email a few weeks later after another chase up email asking for photos of the part to see how we move forward. I am now another few weeks on and have not received any further response. The customer service from this company as absolutely appalling, spend your money somewhere else . I first reported my problem a month ago and I still have had no real communication.

Same as many reviews on here ! If I’d read these before purchasing i would’ve never bothered !!! Shocking customer service , after ringing the contact number on their website numerous times , being left holding for 50 minutes plus before giving up, as a busy mum I don’t have time for that ! We ordered an electric ride on car for my son’s first birthday which arrived damaged. I emailed with pictures straight away and I’m still awaiting a response after 3 days which I feel is completely unacceptable ! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this Sham of a company

Poor is the polite response. When trying to call you're in a queue of in known length nor what position you’re in, several occasions of 40-50+ waiting times before I gave up as busy. Email communication horrendous and people do not call you if you request them to. I ordered over a month ago for an 8-10 day delivery which I still do not have so have missed my sons birthday. Based on recent reviews I’m not the only one, I’ll be escalating. Been on companies house to get directors names who I’ll also be contacting directly. ** Update** Delivered finally..... incomplete.... delivery company says have to ask Outdoor Toys... easier said than done. Avoid this company at all costs, absolutely terrible service in every aspect. One star is one too many.

Same as everyone Else 4 weeks later. Only half of the swing. Customer service takes a week or two to reply. Received a nice email blaming the delivery company. When I went to request a return it says I have to pay to send it back which I don't thinks fair. Good luck

I have received my trampoline and some parts are missing. There was no assembly instructions at all nor a list of parts. We now have a trampoline without a safety enclosure. Please answer the phone to your customers Outdoor Toys

Customer service is non existing. They seem to be at war with their courier. They dispatch their items without proper packaging which allows lots of room for error. The courier only delivered part of my order and according to them this is because outdoor toys only shipped part of my order (after 3 weeks of waiting). I've tried to chase this up all day and have gotten no where as no one wants to help. Absolutely not worth the hassle.

terrible customer service. - been trying to order spare trampoline parts for over 2 months now via emails back and forth and they have been extremely slow to respond and when they do, have been unable to tell me which parts to order or how to do it!! Trying to call them I have been waiting for 30 mins for someone to answer the phone.
