I ordered a climbing frame tower with added Den pack, The order did take a month to get to me, which was fine as I ordered in plenty of time for my daughter’s birthday. All parts came on a big pallet and my tracking detailed updated to give me a two hour time slot. My husband and father in law took two days to put it together and it is fantastic, so pleased with it. Very sturdy and well made. Will be purchasing from this company again as for us we had no issues.

Ordered a garden swing and accessories. I received everything except the swing frame. Great. I’ll just grow a tree instead then hey? Abhorrent company, never answer the phone after hours on hold on multiple days. Emails promise things and have never delivered and the WORST thing is they hide the issues by deleting negative comments on their facebook page! Check their page out. You’ll see 60 odd comments on each post but when you click to view, they’re mysteriously missing! Lots of angry emojis on each one though as you can’t remove those! This company shouldn’t be trading. I hope they get buried!!!!

On hold for 45 minutes, someone picked up, and then put the phone down. Called it again, on hold for another 30 minutes with still no joy. Email was also ignored. Very disappointed.

Shocking company, will not answer the phone (try phoning before you buy, just see how long it takes) The don’t have the items in stock and take your money. It’s been 12 days since I ordered a swing, order shipped incomplete and no date of when the missing items will be sent

I have had 3 major issues with Outdoortoys: 1. They took over 3 weeks to deliver an item that I needed that weekend, and which I paid express (2 day) delivery for. 2. Some of the parts were corroded when they arrived (see the picture). The only way they would replace this is if I disassembled the entire thing again and try and repackage it. This is hours of work. They were not willing to do this work, and expected me to. 3. I ordered the accessory pack for the trampoline, and only half the accessories were delivered. The company offered a less than 10% discount which I thought was pitiful. Avoid this company.

ordered a Go Kart , came broken. Would not replace, ignored emails and phone calls . Finally got through, promised the world and delivered nothing. Shocking customer service. Finally got my money back nearly 2 months after purchase after filing a complaint with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have placed an order, needed to talk to your company- keep getting 'out to play' when should be open at 10, and when i do get an answer its an automated one hold on... over hour each time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! still haven't got through, left emails, face book etc. now going to cancel item as part missing-

TRADING STANDARDS!! I have reported this company to trading standards and all those with missing orders should do the same. Ordered slide and swing seat 3 weeks ago for my daughters birthday, nothing has turned up. Phoned 4 times and waited on hold for over an hour. Lied to me 4 times, told item was put as urgent and will be with is in the next few days... Still not arrived. Same story every phone call and no matter who answers they're always in a rush to get off the phone! They are scammers and liars! Disgusted to see they have done this to lots of other people...

We were really looking forward to receiving our playhouse on a raised platform with slide, way ahead of the Easter Holidays (as was stated in delivery times) so our little one could get lots of use out of it. However, after waiting for weeks with absolutely no communication about the delay - the playhouse finally arrived late with so many vital parts of the structure missing that we were unable to complete the build - resulting in us having to buy missing materials out of our own pocket. On arrival, we were given a strange mix of instructions that didn't 100% match the product. The parts were not labeled at all, resulting in a very lengthy build having to figure out which piece was required at each stage. The actual base of the playhouse was missing from the delivery - having only been provided with two chipboards and the platform base (just one wooden beam in the centre of the house). Meaning it was not structurally sound and not safe at all for our child to play on. We had to go out and purchase wood to secure to the bottom (although there is now a gap under the doorframe where the base should have been raised on the additional frame). The flooring provided for the playhouse was a horrid chip-board that would absolutely splinter into children's feet. Therefore, we needed to also purchase a laminate flooring to put on top for safety. I'm not sure if this was another packaging error, or if this is the standard of flooring they provide and think is OK for children to play on? We were also not provided enough felt for the roof, meaning it was not water-tight until we purchased our own. For a very costly product in itself, this is absolutely not good enough - customers shouldn't have to pay for your packaging errors in order to complete a build. All issues have been communicated to the customer service team, but as of yet we have had no response to our emails. It's a lovely Rebo playhouse in looks, but I would definitely not recommend purchasing it from this provider and to look elsewhere, as their customer service and packaging skills are lacking.

Placed an order of Rebo swing and slide set to be delivered in 7-10 working days. Received nothing during this time, contacted to find out where my ordered was, no reply. Received an email to say the slide was not in stock but they would send an alternative. A delivery for half the order was made after 2.5 weeks, over a month on and am still waiting for the rest of the order. They never reply to emails or phone calls. A simple email confirming when I would receive the rest of my order would have sorted this issue, or at the very least an email acknowledging my complaints!! I have now requested collection of the partial order and full refund, have also done this through the bank due to the fact I highly doubt I’ll get a reply to my refund request. Will never order from them again, a huge disappointment from what I thought was a genuine company.

I have had a terrible experience with this company, to start with the order was late which would be fine except they never bothered to contact me to tell me it was delayed, I had to contact them. Then when it eventually turned up there were multiple damaged and missing pieces, bits of wood were missing and had clearly never been put on indicating poor quality control. Then to top it off getting hold of anyone to get anything resolved is impossible, you sit on the phone for ages and they take over a week to respond to emails.

Terrible customer services - ordered a swing set 2 weeks ago which promised delivery before the Easter holidays. Nothing has arrived yet - no one answers the phone or replies to my emails. Would not use again

Terrible service, items arrived in part orders with out in information about the missing items or the second part of the delivery, this was a present for my grandsons birthday and the whole thing was ruined.

My experience is sadly the same as many other disgruntled customers Delivery incomplete the apparatus is unuseable we have a very upset granddaughter no response to emails and no answer to the many calls made....

We ordered a double swing and Monkey Bars 3rd March, on a 7-10 day delivery, when it arrived another week later there was one critical parcel missing. It is now the 5th April and after 10 phone calls totalling over 4hrs and counting (mostly on hold), 2 emails (unanswered) and many broken promises we still have no idea when we might get the missing pieces. We paid over £400 and still no usable equipment and impossible to contact Outdoor Toys or trust what they tell us on the rare occasion the calls are answered by a person. The staff are very friendly but nothing they say can be believed. We are now resorting to having to invoke our rights under the Consumer Services Act (as advised by Citizens Advice) to get a resolution. 2 very sad children for the Easter holidays!

Faulty item. Been trying to resolved since February. Was getting replies until I refused a discount on a fault they cannot fix. I wanted a replaced or a refund. Since my response to them, no one has got back to me. I’ve emailed 4-5 times and tried to call and NO ONE ANSWERS.

The initial delivery was incorrect. The subsequent 'customer service' was abysmal. Multiple further deliveries were dispatched, which were incorrect. After one month of complaints, a full refund was refused. This company are a shambles. Complete crooks and will happy breach the 2015 Consumer Rights Act.

since placing an order 13 days ago I have received no communication about a despatch date and the customer services department didn't answer , I had been on hold for over an hour. The complaints department email simply bounces back as unrecognised. Contacted my credit card company to get the funds returned.

Arrived today 12 days after ordering so all good, think all pieces are there, delivery was good. communication could have been better as only got confirmation email and delivery tracker was not sent (but found on order) - note to others use paypal to order as easier to raise a dispute if needed. Thanks
