“Excellent product and very happy with the performance and appearance. It's perfectly sized and not as large as some of the competitors products. I found it easy to install but would recommend watching the you tube videos for some extra direction. Well priced and this should be available in in garden centres but unfortunately only available online.”

“We paid for oak water butt and was then told that it was out of stock and could we order alternative. I emailed to say that we'd rather wait For them to receive more stock. I got no reply so I rang and left message to ring me as I was concerned that they were holding £100 and not responding to me. Response few days later to say stock should be months time. We then got email month later to say water butt was on its way... yipee Then few days later one saying it was out of stock! Finally spoke to someone who said ' Sorry I pressed the wrong reponse button in error.. and butt should be with us that week. Yes it did finally arrive after much messing about and I never really knew why.......”
