“The ordering process was straightforward but as a problem with the delivery because the delivery driver put the parcel in one of my sheds and left no note that he had done so it wasn't until February 14 that we found the parcel there I don't know if that's done any harm to the worms I've just put them all into the wormery and we'll see if they managed to grow all right there should be”

“Mine is warped doesn't stand proper, the handle was hard to stay entire, gets hotter outside than I expected, really only 3 star delivery people refused to take it back impossible to assess on doorstep to many pieces, but overall glad I bought it.”

“Arrived promptly. It feels very good quality and just what we had hoped for. I was delighted that they also included a drill bit which exactly fitted the screw heads - really thoughtful. The instructions were very clear for the assembly of the single unit, but my only criticism is that they weren’t so clear for the 3 part unit which I purchased, which left me creating my own solution as to the best way to assemble.”

“I invested a total of £50,000 with this company. Initially, I made a deposit of £15,000, and then proceeded to invest an additional £20,000. I started to see profits, but later discovered that it was all a scam. When I tried to make a withdrawal, I was told to set a target of £50,000, which seemed reasonable to me. I made another deposit of £15,000 to reach that target, but when I requested a withdrawal, it was denied. I was then asked to pay a certain amount in order to access my funds. “I ordered a large beehive type compost bin plus base. Both arrived promptly considering it was over Christmas. This was a much better buy than the two black self assembly bins that I now have to get rid of because they have no base and let displaced rats in to nest during local floods. The lids had slots that let the rain in, so the garden waste is now absolutely sodden and has to be removed at some cost. The design of my new bin from Original Organics should prevent any of this and compost with no vermin or soaking. All I need now is a man, a shovel and a trailer...🤔”

“Good strong sturdy box. Unfortunately because the size tapers to the bottom the stree stand doesn't quite fit. However, the box is excellent for storing all the garlands and tree ornaments. It clips shut securely and will slide into the loft hatch. Glad we purchased it.”

“Bow arrived with an illustration of the finalised unit when built, but no instructions as to how to build and how to organise the wormery. I found your "Building Your Tiger Wormery" guide on a sister company website which answered most questions. I think you should consider these purchases from the customer veiwpoint. Then please could you tell me why my Wormery looks like the accompanying photo with very little gap between the stages, as opposed to that shown on the carton and guide (screen shot also attached)”

“Ordered confirmed for Blackdown 3 bin wood composters on October 23rd. (£645)Website said delivery would take up to 3 weeks (21 days). After 21 days no delivery had taken place, so I emailed Original Organics. I was told they meant 21 WORKING days, although this was not mentioned on the website. I was further told that they were having problems with their supplier, so the wait would be longer. Eventually the items were delivered exactly 6 weeks after order was confirmed. I have not assembled the composter yet, the gardener is going to do it, so there may be an update on this review in due course. I was considering ordering another one, but I will wait until after assembly and assess on a needs basis.”
