“Aerobin 400. Easy to order, email confirmation received almost straight away. I was a bit perturbed when it said the compost bin would be sent out within 28 days, but then I received an email to say that it was coming 2 days after my order, so I was chuffed at that. All in all a very good service, unlike Amazon. Thank you”

“We were very pleased with the look of our water butt but had a few problems with connecting it to the down pipe. The instructions were more suited to North American rain water installation. The overflow pipe would not be able to cope with the amount of water from a typical UK down pipe. Also the threads at the top of the butt hadn’t been formed probably making it impossible to screw in the fittings supplied.”

“I ordered a replacement tap and some coir matting for my wormery and received a bag of worms! I emailed immediately but 2 weeks later have received no reply. Other than that the company seems great 😉”

“Purchased the slimline oak water butt 110 ltr product. You can ask 2 things of a water butt, 1 that it hold water and secondly that the plastic mouldings and materials are of good quality. Unfortunately this product failed on both counts. The 2 pieces of the semi circular base barely fitted together and are still out of alignment, secondly the screw thread of the butt where the tap fits is not clean, almost as if this has been tried before, unthreaded and as a result the tap fits poorly and water drips from the tap around the hole rendering the product useless. The moulding generally has loose pieces of plastic training from where it has been moulded. There are products on the market which are considerably cheaper but I decided to "invest" in what I thought to be a better quality of product.”
