“Placed order which arrived promptly, but doesn't appear to be the correct item (it's supposed to be a fine white powder). Messaged support but still no response several working days later. Tried calling but phone was never answered.”

“We ordered an Aero Bin from Original Organics in early May but they were out of stock with stock arriving early June. Our Aero Bin did arrive as promised and it was easily assembled with clear instructions. Original Organics delivered promptly and kept us informed throughout. We were impressed with the way they dealt with our order even though it was out of stock. We will definitely purchased goods from them again in the future”

“Both items ordered, tiger worms and compost aerator arrived quickly and in good condition. It took a while to get the aerator out of the tube packaging, but better that than danage. I needed to put my weight on the cardboard tube to make it more oval shape to extract the tool. Good to use.”

“Bought tiger worms- 250g pouch. Opened them inside my composter and counted 10 worms. When I emailed Sabrina to inform her of this, I was told that I should have received minimum 50+ worms in the pouch and that she's unsure how this would have happened? As am I. I pointed out that I was missing 40+ worms in that case, to which I received no reply. Also, the website states 'Original Organics Ireland' a .ie website with prices in euro. I bought this product for €12.99 which finished up at €30.87 after taxes, delivery costs and a surprise customs charge for receiving a product from the UK, not Ireland. This is ridiculously overpriced for the quantity I received, and misleading in terms of final purchase price and country of origin.”

“I bought a large outside strorage box which is super and excellent value for money. I also bought a re-starter kit for my original organics wormery - worms, bedding, lime - having bought the wormery over 10 years ago. I had neglected it in recent times, but now it is up and running again and I can't wait until I can start adding more of my vegetable waste. Thank you.”

“Had a few problems with ordering, and ended up submitting a duplicate order. The website itself was singularly unhelpful, giving errors if I tried to raise a help ticket against the order or use the online form to contact the company. I ended up emailing them, and the issue was sorted out immediately and with no quibbles by Sabrina in their customer services department. All credit to them for sorting it out so quickly. Now they just need to get their website fixed...”

“I ordered a twin wooden compost unit with lids and the materials arrived within a couple of weeks. The compost units were relatively easy to assemble and are well made and look very good. I would advise drilling pilot holes for the screws to aid assembly. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.”
