“I ordered a rain diverter to get water into my water butt. Almost immediately (within 30 mins) I wrote to cancel the order. An automated response informec me i was not able to cancel my order but had to wait till it had been delivered and then send if back. A month later if arrived and returned it (at a cost to me of £3.80) I await my refund. I am aware of ghe curreng conditions but it would have been easier all round to have stopped the order at source. I will never use this firm again.”

“Item not received. Why do you use Tuffnells? They are terrible and have universally bad reviews. I trust I will be getting a refund, or a replacement item (water butt) sent via a DIFFERENT courier.”

“Spring going into summer and there is nothing like the output from a worm bin to get new plants off to a healthy start. Original Organics delivered a starter kit on time with simple instructions to get the worms off and running. They eat any fresh vegetables, salads and fruits with gusto and there is no waste whatever of these foods from the kitchen. Bravo! William”

“I bought the aerobin hot bun composter and I’m really pleased with the way it’s performing. I checked the temperature of the content this week and it was 60 degree Celsius so it’s certainly working and will hopefully speed up the composting process for me.”

The Porebright 10 serum has had a positive effect on the brightness and overall feel of my face and I'm gradually introducing the Regina C moisturiser. Would give them a very good but I'm waiting to see their effectiveness over time.”

“I was disgusted by the poor condition of the tiger worms which I ordered on April 16th 2020 along with 1.5 Kg of lime mix for my wormery and which arrived a week ago. Although the surviving worms are doing well very few survived. (Order number 800002157). I paid over the odds for postage €13.99 Th worms cost €12.99 and lime €6.99. A total of €33.97 when VAT was included. I have ordered several times from Original Organics and have not had previous problems. I will not shop again from this supplier. Patricia Murphy”

Please understand that we make it clear before the order is completed how much the postage is. We are also not in control of the postage costs (as they are charged by the courier) but I understand social distancing and fewer work staff within the couriers have caused at times prices to increase which is out of our control I'm afraid. “I bought the product on pre-order as there wasn't any in stock. On the order it said stock would be sent out on the allotted day. It didn't come out on that day and the email reply was a little blunt. But apart from that, all good and I now have a composter full of garden waste”
