The starter kit arrived promptly, but it would have been helpful if it had included a copy of your leaflet explaining how to put the contents together. Fortunately I had kept my original leaflet which explained what to do, otherwise I would have been a bit stumped. My worms are busy - thank you!”

“Great cutomer service, not so great a product. Unfortunately, our 600L hot composter arrived broken. A replacement set was promptly dispatched but upon inspection some of the components it was meant to replace were also broken. We requested a refund and purchased a £15 composter from our local supermarket that does the job.”

“I needed to re-stock my wormer, so placed an order for more worms. They arrived quite quickly, wriggling around in some compost. I also got a coconut mat for the top of the wormery. I bought the wormery from Original Organics perhaps 10 years ago, and it has been busy working away ever since. Good investment.”
