“I purchased a Gutter Mate diverter as a direct result of an emergency caused by heavy rainfall bringing moss down from the roof of our house. This led to the blocking of the down pipe and water backed up into our boiler leading to an expensive repair bill. With advise from a local plumber and the boiler engineer I decoupled the boiler form the down pipe and fitted a Gutter Mate. Two heavy downpours since then have tested the Gutter Mate and it has proved it's worth. It has trapped moss coming from the roof and although the rainfall was heavy enough to overwhelm every drain in the area, including ours, the Gutter Mate withstood it all. Full marks to the design team for creating the type of simple item that adds to our peace of mind.”

“I have been considering a rhubarb forcer for some time but this year the bucket I had been using was sitting on top of the leaves like a hat because the stalks were so tall so bought the plastic model from you. It is very high so fits the bill beautifully and is also light in weight and unbreakable so couldn't be better. Delivery and packing were excellant too. I would certainly recommend both this company and this product.”

“We bought this to replace our original simple diverter which had blocked without us noticing, causing our two wall-hung butts to overflow resulting in a very wet house wall! “This was a well designed product. Two friends with the product had got confused with the installation on the back of the box and their tanks overflowed! Perhaps a more detailed instruction on paper inside the box might be more useful to those who are not natural handymen!”

“Delivery was okay, however first water butt was damaged and both yellow bungs were broken. A replacement was received within 2 days, but again both bungs were broken. Although replacements were received in the post by the next day, perhaps it might be worth putting the bungs in with the tap instead of screwing them in so tightly they shear.”
