“I haven't had the Bokashi bins long enough to comment on their effectiveness but I can comment on the company. I found the attachments which secured the lids very difficult for me to operate. I wrote to Original Organics and within days they sent me alternatives which work perfectly. Very impressed.”

“Aerobin 400. Easy to order, email confirmation received almost straight away. I was a bit perturbed when it said the compost bin would be sent out within 28 days, but then I received an email to say that it was coming 2 days after my order, so I was chuffed at that. All in all a very good service, unlike Amazon. Thank you”

“We were very pleased with the look of our water butt but had a few problems with connecting it to the down pipe. The instructions were more suited to North American rain water installation. The overflow pipe would not be able to cope with the amount of water from a typical UK down pipe. Also the threads at the top of the butt hadn’t been formed probably making it impossible to screw in the fittings supplied.”

“Very pleased with water butt kit and with the service I received. There was a supply problem and the company were quick to contact me and issue an immediate refund. When I saw they were back in stock I didn’t hesitate to re-order and it was delivered in no time at all.”
