“You didn't because you wasted my time. "Gutter Mate" appeared on my credit card statement, but I had no idea who you were. I bought goods from Original Organics, so why did you not use that name for obvious reasons? Firstly I checked with my bank and then on Google. Why should I have to go through that circus. In any case Original Organics has a good name as far as I am concerned. I had never heard of Gutter Mate and your name is not good with me because of the above.”

“The delivery was quick, the wormery was of good quality and the instructions were clear. I lost the guidance provided with the womery, contacted gutter mate and they were very helpful in providing me with some new information. I would definitely shop here again :)”

“The water barrel arrived promptly and in good condition. Unfortunately the associated water diverter fitting was missing the hose connection for the barrel. However this was rectified promptly following a phone call - albeit with the wrong part - although this was itself replaced after another phone call. Very obliging service despite the hiccups.”

“I ordered a beehive composter early January to be informed that it was unavailable until the end of January.This took 3 phone calls from end of Jan being told same old story that the wood was not available until I decided to cancel.It was delivered 3 days later but the lid was very rough one side because it had not been sanded .A piece of string held the lid when open!!!”

“Product was fine but took too long to deliver. Delivery in a week is indicated but I was not told it was out of stock when I ordered. This was explained to me only when I chased it and I was told I'd have to wait. I noted and pointed out to the person who contacted me that the item was still showing on the website as being in stock, but nothing on the website was changed. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable as far as I am concerned and I will not be using the company again.”
