“Extremely helpful advice from Hayden who phoned back with the requested info enabling us to order online with confidence. Contacted by Pallet Line to agree delivery date & very impressed by the intelligence of delivery driver , Liam who , on discovering we were out, found & delivered Water Butt outside our garage at rear of our property & left note through our letterbox to this effect.”

Instructions on assembly were easy enough, but the instructions for the continuous running of the wormery weren't clear, but I'm sure information can be found on the website or other sources on the web. I'm using the wormery mainly for worm breeding for live food, but I will also be utilising the sump and compost made! Overall quite happy with the product, just need to get more informed!”

“I ordered a water butt which arrived shortly after however the butt and the lid were damaged (it had obviously fallen on its side). I reported it to you and I sent you a photograph of the damage, and an offer was made to send a new one, however after two weeks or so I am still waiting. Why is this ?”
