“Good, but one comment. I received immediate confirmation from the payment company after placing the order, of receipt of monies. This clearly stated that it didn't mean the order would be fulfilled. It took several days and a phone call before any correspondence from Original organics before I was reassured the order had actually been received and given any indication of delivery. This was unusual in my experience of online shopping.”

“Excellent delivery service of our water butt. Unfortunately after installing and experiencing rain that came above the tap it was found to be defective and leaking. Despite several emails including photos to the company I have had no response at all. Absolutely not fit for purpose, very disappointing.”

“The composting box, (900litre size purchased) was well packed and is easy to assemble. It isn't an 'eyesore' in the garden and holds a good amount for our size of garden. You could go the whole way and purchase 2 so one can be filled as the other is left to compost. This could also make it easier when the compost is turned. We have also made a silo from old pallets to hold clippings which we add to the compost if needed.”
