“20 year 'guarantee' is worthless. Within 2 years of owning an origin bi fold door, this week the locking mechanism on the door handle stopped working - no idea why. I have since discovered that the guarantee excludes repair and replacement of "all hardware, lock mechanism and brass work" which carries a 1 year guarantee. Having spoken to a repair man, I am expecting a bill upwards of £300-400 for parts and labour to fix the broken handle and lock. Not happy.?”

“Prime Windows Devon, installers of Origin Bi-fold Doors - This is couple who work hard and have pride in running their own business. There is no hard sell. They don't have to, as their bi-fold door system, by Origin is very good. When we first approached them, over a year ago, we knew we were not ready for our bi-fold doors, but still had to do research (there are a lot of poor quality mechanisms out there!) and get everything in place and ready. Jason gave us profiles, as we were doing our own building work, quite freely and trustingly, on our first meeting. We have now, eventually, been able to return these and have our lovely new doors in place, which are amazing. Even though a door came from Origin minus a handle, Jason dealt with this immediately and professionally. Thank you so much, Bostrase B&B with Boo and Matt Cornwall”

“My Origin Bifold doors were fitted by the Window Centre, Rayners Lane, Harrow. Very impressed with he quality and the look of the doors. Keeps the warm in Winter and cool in summer. The installation was carried out with precision and perfection.”

“Our doors have only just been fitted so it is early days to comment. However they appear to be very pleasing and have already drawn favourable comments. The suppliers 'Open Living', have been good to deal with, helpful, courteous and we have no complaints at all regarding the installation. Ask me again in years time when, hopefully I will be able to confirm an ongoing good experience.”

“I was introduced to Origin by a friend and was very impressed with her bi fold doors. Although I had bi folds, they were wooden needed so much maintenance, and still they would stick and I couldn't open them if it had rained. Therefore I arranged to have replacement Origin doors fitted by an excellent Company, Prime Windows in Holsworthy, and am so pleased with both the quality of the doors and Prime Windows who completed the fitting.”
