Started off really well this company bought 2 of these previously to keep my non verbal autistic toddler safe outstanding but of kit so when needed another without hesitation returned however big mistake sent one faulty was told straightaway apologies will send another just get rid of the other one to which we duly did to receive the replacement and yep faulty by broken parts wa told to return and wait for it buyers you have to pay for the return to the sum of 20 quid due to wanting it tracked and the weight of it to which olivers baby refused to sort a refund calling us a liar and saying its not the same one and we have to also bear the cost of return do down to the tube of shy 100.00 I thought these were a great company at the start but to take advantage of a disabled family and also make the customer pay for a return at most if they do pay it will only be to the tune of 4.99 please read the small print and buy with caution we are now in the process of trading standards for selling an item not fit for purpose and also not up to safety for a disabled child Clearpay are also looking into this and investigating So again buyers be cautious of dealing with this company oh another small print is when returning item they want it in original packaging so they can resell it regardless if your returning faulty we do have this in an email i will revise the review once refunded for postage as it cost me £20 with the weight and tracking i appreciate yoy refunded the product due to it being faulty but I still should t pay or stand the cost of return postage for faulty product

So bad. I haven't reveied the products that I have paid for. They do not know where they are. Communication has been poor. I have no idea if or when I will receive my order. I would not shop with this company again.

I would not recommend Olivers Baby World to anyone.. I ordered 2 babygates, I had an email saying fed ex had successfully delivered my parcel and on the email showed a cardboard box at the front of my property, on a main road, in clear view of anyone walking or driving past. Unfortunately my parcel wasn't there and it had probably been stolen. I contacted Olivers Baby World, they stated that this problem was with Fed ex not them and I should contact fed ex. I contacted fed ex, they said it was Olivers Baby Worlds fault as they do not specify that any deliveries from them are only to be delivered to a person or a neighbour. I went back to and fro to both companies numerous times between fed ex and them. I had to keep chasing Olivers Baby world as a few times they didn't acknowledge my emails. I eventually got a refund back from them but this was harder work than needed. The point is, regardless of who's fault it is that my parcel was dumped in a silly place and stolen, it certainly isn't the customers fault but I feel Olivers Baby world didn't want to know. Why they couldn't have communicated with the delivery company (like other company's would) themselves instead of having me argue with them is beyond me. They also have an obligation to gwt the item to me. The time taken from the delivery of the baby gates to actually getting a refund was almost 4 weeks. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired for, communication skills are very poor. I feel this situation could have been handled so much better.

Absolutely terrible. You are responsible for your suppliers actions. Obaby has taken almost an entire month to deliver the products I ordered. There should be way more clarity that the 5-7 expected days for delivery is not achievable for them. We have enough to worry about without having to worry that we have been ripped off or there has been an issue.

3 delays with no communication until I enquired. Items I ordered were discontinued 2 months after I ordered but was still waiting to receive, had no choice but to accept alternatives. Parts were also missing from order and I’m still waiting for them to be sent out.

I ordered an item on 5/2, received an email thereafter confirming that it had been dispatched. When I queried the est date of arrival, I was told that it hasn’t been dispatched from the supplier and that it wasn’t back in stock at the earliest beginning of March. I had no communication re the change. I’ve paid a large amount of money for an item which isn’t even in stock!

I haven't received the item yet and it is apparently stuck with the carrier who have the wrong address. I've explained to them (and you) what the correct address is, but have heard nothing.

Not good. Lack of information about the product I bought, which to my mind was unsafe to use because of the weight. A child would sustain a nasty injury if it hit its head of this playpen.
