“my shopping experiencewas fab , the ladies on the shop floor was fantastic . Shame it didn't go to the back office , the constant emails from one person about the balance was very distressing after being told that my purchase was ok to be paid of as and when . The emails was at least fortnightly telling me how I had a outstanding balance asking me to pay it off so my product could be sent out as it was in there store .”

“Good quality product. We bought the learning tower and love the scandi look and feel. Folds away easily. Only downside is the instructions to assemble weren’t easy to follow and not very clear.”

“I would not recommend Olivers Baby World to anyone.. I ordered 2 babygates, I had an email saying fed ex had successfully delivered my parcel and on the email showed a cardboard box at the front of my property, on a main road, in clear view of anyone walking or driving past. Unfortunately my parcel wasn't there and it had probably been stolen. I contacted Olivers Baby World, they stated that this problem was with Fed ex not them and I should contact fed ex. I contacted fed ex, they said it was Olivers Baby Worlds fault as they do not specify that any deliveries from them are only to be delivered to a person or a neighbour. I went back to and fro to both companies numerous times between fed ex and them. I had to keep chasing Olivers Baby world as a few times they didn't acknowledge my emails. I eventually got a refund back from them but this was harder work than needed. The point is, regardless of who's fault it is that my parcel was dumped in a silly place and stolen, it certainly isn't the customers fault but I feel Olivers Baby world didn't want to know. Why they couldn't have communicated with the delivery company (like other company's would) themselves instead of having me argue with them is beyond me. They also have an obligation to gwt the item to me. The time taken from the delivery of the baby gates to actually getting a refund was almost 4 weeks. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired for, communication skills are very poor. I feel this situation could have been handled so much better.”

“Website easy to navigate. Found exactly what I needed. Speedy delivery. Price was better than most. We specifically wanted a metal playpen for first grand baby. Having large dogs, they’re very well accustomed to metal extra tall gates on all downstairs doors. So a metal playpen with gate, won’t be such a shock. And will form a safe barrier when baby has tummy time, play mat time, bouncy chair etc. We’ll be putting it up in the next few weeks as part of their baby training ready for March.”

“I was so impressed with the service I received. I ordered two tonies just after Christmas expecting a wait for them (understandable) but I was wrong. They were dispatched on a Saturday and arrived the next day a Sunday! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again or recommend them to someone else. Especially after a bad experience with a different company, it was lovely to see a company being so efficient and proactive.”

“Order a car seat on pre delivery, received communication that it was delayed until Jan and could wait or be refunded or swap colour. Chose to wait only for the seat to arrive within a couple of days! Seat as expected but great service!”
