Absolutely appalling service. I paid £96 for a call-out, and despite repeated attempts—via phone, email, and live chat—I have yet to receive an invoice. Every interaction has been met with shocking rudeness. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was abruptly hung up on. This has happened repeatedly, with calls ending in a dismissive "bye." Over 20 attempts to resolve this issue, and yet no progress. Their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for basic customer service is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs—don’t waste your time, money, or patience.

I wish I had read all the negative comments before purchasing from them. I ordered from them explicitly because the website confirmed a delivery date of the 2nd of January. The 2nd comes and no delivery. I called for an update and I was then told this was an error on their part (on a call that they record as I know they will comment in response.) They had not emailed or called me to share this. I asked for an updated delivery date and was told maybe the 3rd or 4th and that he would contact me with an update. No updates. I called again on the 3rd for an update and was told I'd be called back as it might be that day (again on a recorded call). Towards the end of day on the 3rd I called for an update to see if I could leave home. I experienced the rudest customer service at this point. Then my calls were ignored and I was only able to request a refund by going through Euronics to get my call answered. I then spoke to the owner who confirmed he would refund me. It's now been two weeks and no refund or response to any of my emails. Apparently they like to reply to reviews so maybe this will get me my refund and a response finally.

I had an issue with the dishwasher (tap kept flashing red). The so-called engineer turned up, did not perform any checks and simply concluded that the heat pump was broken. He eventually returned (two weeks or so later) with a new heat pump - and charged me £165 for it. He also took away the old heat pump without permission. The change in the heat pump did not fix the issue (the tap was still flashing red as before) so we asked him to come back. When he returned he now claimed that there was also a leak with the dishwasher. This leak is supposed to have magically appeared in the period when we were not using the dishwasher. He had obviously not done his job properly. I called customer service to complain and for a refund. The guy on the phone refused to let me speak, was rude and aggressive and swore at me. Please do not under any circumstances do business with this company. I would give zero stars if that were possible.

Sent an engineer for a totally unnecessary consultation and charged me £102 for the privilege. I will not be using them again. I would leave 0 stars if I could

I called to book a repair after getting a confirmation on their website that my area is covered for repairs. The person on the phone dismissed my request saying that they only do deliveries in that area and immediately hang up on me as I was trying to ask for more advice. Disappointing and unprofessional customer service.

Didn’t even try to solve the issue even though it was clear what it was. Then tried to sell me a heat pump (for cash) that wasn’t needed. Charged £90 for nothing. I got someone recommended in the next day who solved the issue immediately Total scam

Poor service. I booked an appointment online for a repair. I received an email confirming the appointment. Then received a cancellation email on the day with no explanation given. When I replied to ask why the appointment was cancelled, no one returned my email, even after two attempts. This didn't fill me with confidence that no one seemed to be monitoring emails or 'cared' and so I went elsewhere. The irony is that 'this complaint' will probably result in them finally getting in touch. Well please don't bother.

I am still waiting for my cooker to be fixed. I had a service engineer arrive on the 7th of October. I've called twice for an update when the hinges for the oven will be fixed, and they kept saying 3-5 business days. It's now the 22nd of October and no updates. I called today again for an update, and when I said I wanted my money back they hung up on me. Will be reporting them for fraud. Beware!!!

I did not book you, I only sent an enquiry. The person arrived and I mentioned it was supposed to be on monday, as I had booked someone else. He said nothing. I thougth he was the insurance person. Unbelievable.

Are you sure?! You booked repair online for today between 2-4pm. We confirmed the booking by email and text and today morning we sent you the tracking and engineer details! The engineer arrived on time and fixed your Hoover Washer Dryer and when he asked for payment you refused to pay and were saying its insurance work! you missed our emails confirming the job and also ignored the email and text we sent today morning providing you with the engineer details and tracking!
One of the team on the phone was very aggressive and hang up yet even when I was talking. We are letting agent and if the service is good, we wanted to ask again but we had a bad experience at the first job.

Ms Minako Nonaka, Your booking was between 10-12 today, We confirmed it by phone and sent you a tracking to your email and as sms. The engineer was at the property at 10:46 and no one open the door or answer the phone! You called us at 12 saying no one visited and when we told you about the earlier visit you asked us if we can send the engineer back! We explained that the engineer went to the next job and once he finish there he will call you and return and since that we received 5 calls every 5-10 min asking for an update! missing delivery timeslot for my fridge/freezer already 3 times.... Customer service think that they can resolve the problem hanging the phone on me, formal complaint has been created and ready to take to trading standards, avoid dealing with them at all costs!!!!

Problem: Miele washing machine error code F10: It started all well the engineer (Ali) arrived on time and diagnosed that the machine needs a new control module & inlet valve. I paid the £96 incl VAT and off he went. Then it took some days until I heard back. They then said that they cant get hold of the spare parts, so nothing they can do about it! My Miele is only 3 years old :( I then tried to get a receipt and a detailed report - after emailing them several times and calling (Sam hung up on me about 2 x times) still nothing! I would not recommend using Appliancentre. I called Miele directly and they will do the repair including spare parts for £279 incl VAT - a lot of money, but they can get the parts and know what they are doing! Nikki - N1 London

I booked because they seemed cheapest and had next-day availability but I wish I'd read the negative reviews first. Despite my booking going through, I never received an email. When I called to check on the status they told me it had not been confirmed - but I don't know how I was expected to know this when I never got an email. Then the operative hung up on me. When I called back to politely ask why, I was hung up on again. Useless and rude.

Within an half an hour the dish washer had again stopped without completing the cycle I was told that the machine might need a new part but not informed what that would cost The rather unhelpful advice was to buy a new machine

Booked appointment for Saturday for cooker door to be repaired which I was told wasn’t a problem. No one turned up or called to say they were not coming. l made 7 phone calls to the company but no answer, I left message for return call but this did not happen either. Phoned them on Monday to find out when I can expect them to carry out the work the gentleman said he will check and put the phone down. When I called back to ask the reason he became very loud and aggressive. I told him he didn’t have to shout as I just wanted to know when they could do the work, he angrily told me to get the work done elsewhere and put the phone down. I tried several times to speak to Customers Services to make a complaint but each times the phone was hung up on me. I would not recommend using this company to customers and do not recommend companies having rude and unhelpful staff working for them.

Called up this company to obtain a price to repair my oven, first call was dropped thinking it was a signal issue called them back again spoke to the same fellow asked a few questions and he put down the phone on me, he is so RUDE disgusting keep away from them like a barge poll
