Incredibly unprofessional engineer turned up to fix our oven. He dragged it across the kitchen floor without laying down any protective material and after he’d left, we noticed that he didn’t fix the oven back in place and had left screws out as well. He didn’t explain what the issue was either. Awful service and workmanship!

The engineer called to fix a leaking washing machine. He told me he had fixed a leaking pipe but the leak continued after he left. When he came back the second time he told me it's likely to be the drum and it would be best for me to get a new machine. I insisted he diagnose it, and again told me it definitely wasn't the seal or any other replaceable part. Whilst the machine was open I spotted a tear in the inlet tube which when I pointed out to him he claimed not to have spotted. After claiming he would return to fix the machine he phoned me to tell me they didn't have the spare part (I had to find the part online myself) and then didn't turn up on 2 different occasions when he was supposed to. Furthermore he left dirty handmarks everywhere in the kitchen and knocked the kick board into the wall causing a mark on the paint. No pride in their work, very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Don't waste your money on them.

Utterly pathetic. Waste of £60. The repair man arrived on time, spent no more than 10 seconds looking at the freezer and told me to defrost for 24hrs and use a hairdryer to aid in defrosting. He made no attempt to identify the faulty part and changed £60 for his "service". When I asked what was the problem, he said the problem could be due to two parts and would be better to get new appliance than repair. I would have been better off throwing £60 in the bin.

Installer was aggressive towards my tenant, threatened her by saying 'if your landlord doesn't pay I'm come back here', with no provocation other than his company had failed to inform me of their requirement for on the day payment. Workmanship to install an extractor hood was also poor and so many dirty hand marks put on the freshly painted walls that the wall needed to be repainted. At no time did the company offer any apology.

I have made 3 phone calls to try to arrange an oven repair. On the first two occasions the person to whom I spoke said that he needed to check something with the engineers and that he would call back. He never did. Today I called, having established what I needed independently, and was told that you don't cover my area (SE10), although on your website it states clearly that it is covered, and even confirmed it when I checked on-line. In addition, the line was very poor and the service representative was very brusque.

Got an online quote of £50 for replacing washing machine seal. Phoned to speak to member of staff and was told the price is £60 when I told me the online price had quoted me as £50 was told he wont do it for that and online prices are subject to confirmation. Rude, poor service and obviously just trying to rip people off.

Booked a callout earlier in the week for our washing machine, was told an engineer would be with us on Saturday between 4:00 and 6:00. About a quarter to six when nobody had yet turned up I rang the office and was told they would ring back shortly. Nobody rang back, nobody turned up. Poor service!

Utterly appalling. Job not done, callbacks never received and hung up on TWICE by their customer services department. Engineer was polite and pleasant, but didn't diagnose or fix the problem. Go ANYWHERE other than here...it's more hassle than it's worth.

Very poor customer service. I called them out to initially repair an over and extractor hood. The oven was working after all so they just came out to fix the hood. And still charged me £70 for the oven! which they didn't repair! When I called to complain, the guy over the phone was very rude and unprofessional and said he didn't care if I complained! Not the right way to do business in any means. There's lots of repair companies out there, stay well away from this one!

Not experts in washer/dryer repair - I had 4 visits from 2 different engineers, they replaced a part that wasn't faulty and eventually declared the problem unfixable, but charged me anyway and refuse to give a full refund. They claim to be Neff certified engineers, but Neff confirmed that there's no such thing. I called another company and they found the problem in 10 minutes.

Engineer called to look at washing machine which was not draining properly and clothes were coming out wet. He diagnosed that there was a blockage in the hose and showed me a bucket containing some water. He spun machine and said it was fixed. I paid the £70 call out charge by cash. The problem continued and a week later explaining the situation. The engineer rang me back and said the PUMP on my machine was faulty and needed repairing. I said he made NO mention of this at the first call out. He also said my machine was "in the wrong place". I conveyed my anger about this whole situation as he said the new pump would be £120.00 this would mean paying nearly £200 for a repair . I could get a new machine or a reconditioned one for that. He agreed to refund me £30 for the call out which in mind mind was his acknowledgement that he as the engineer failed to diagnose the fault correctly and had charged me £70. Anyway I did not receive a refund. The engineer lied. I contacted them again by email and told them again, the guy in phone was rude and was shouting that it was the pUMP that needed repairing and I should pay for the repair. This company are very bad, people should not use them. The reviews on this website are dubious ,( just look at all the five stars)as there are poor reviews on yell website. I'm reporting north London appliances to Haringey Trading standards as the firm are obviously charging £70 for each call out and are not able or qualified to identify faults. They also use PayPal to send a receipt when cash is paid, I'm sure this is wrong .

Never use this company. Absolutely shocking, terrible service. my advice- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Take no ownership for problems and did not care at all about me as a customer.
