Utterly pathetic. Waste of £60. The repair man arrived on time, spent no more than 10 seconds looking at the freezer and told me to defrost for 24hrs and use a hairdryer to aid in defrosting. He made no attempt to identify the faulty part and changed £60 for his "service".
When I asked what was the problem, he said the problem could be due to two parts and would be better to get new appliance than repair.
I would have been better off throwing £60 in the bin.
