Awful customer service - avoid like the plague. Booked a repair and nobody showed up, and no contact from the company. Then received a text a week later confirming a visit with an hour. Called to reschedule: they cancelled the booking and then hung up on me. What a joke.

I was expecting delivery of a chest freezer today 26/04/2024 between 9am and 12pm . Nobody turned up and no communication from the retailer until I contacted them at 1:30pm. Unprofessional customer service advisor on the phone who did not even apologise and said wait till Monday 29th April 2024.

Not professional payed £80 for nothing just for him to tell me to buy a new dishwasher. He said he didnt know what the issue was it may have been the computer or hose. I told him do what is it exactly he didnt know. He literally knocked on it and listened did exactly nothing. Rubbish service waste of money. Not recommended. Much better companies else where

Mr Amar Magali, The engineer visited today on time and diagnoses your ancient dishwasher. The dishwasher needs a new inlet valve and he asked you if you want to repair it we can look for the part and return and install it. the charges are clear £65 + VAT and we didn't charge you any extra. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star I called them for an installation, which according to the website not only is feasible but I could have booked for Monday. The person who took my call said that installation is only available for appliance bought from them and when I tried to explain my situation he just hang up! I really felt hopeless and this behaviour was very rude. I have been 1 week without fridge and I am a vulnerable customer with medical needs.

Hi Giuliana, I can understand you have medical condition, but are you deaf as well? You called us today morning for installation service and we explained to you that we are fully booked and currently only install appliances bought directly from us. I'm not sure what part of that you didn't understand?! The call duration was 0:02:01! Also it has nothing to do with us that you were without a fridge for a week. I've attached the phone records with this reply so you can hear it after taking your medications.
Did not arrive at the agreed time (arrived 5 hours early). The only person at home was a vulnerable female with mental health issues who freaked out. There is a reason for having a time slot - it's not just to help your company arrange the schedule for the day. It's also about us customers being able to organise our lives.

Hi, The engineer called and text and confirmed it before going to the address! Also the person at the property was fine with the visit. It seems you are the one with mental issue from the review you wrote! Also the bill is outstanding and suppose to be paid yesterday.
Just called up to the cost to do a microwave repair to be told they do not do these. I told him but your website says repairs and installation, he put the phone down on me. How rude. I run a property management dept and was enquiring for a client but will now never approach this company again.

Hi Eve, You just called and we explained to you that we do not repair them at the moment. Repairs are subject to area and availability. The microwave is removed from our online booking form and we currently only sell and install them. Do not understand why you need to keep complaining over the phone and writing a review!
I booked a repair for 12-2 but no-one turned up or bothered to even contact me. V abrupt manner on the phone from reception. And the quote was a bit pricey.

Made a booking online and never received any confirmation. Called them and got put through to one of the rudest customer service people I’ve ever encountered. He told me they’d emailed me to say they rejected the booking. I said I’d never received that email. He hung up on me. Appalling experience. And, obviously, my washing machine remains unrepaired.

Pretty nice engineer came to visit. really rude customer service personell on the phone! When I asked him to consider his tone of voice and attitude he hung up on me. What is that all about??

I have had a terrible experience with this service - I waited in all afternoon after booking a repair - I tried calling three times and the response was rude and unhelpful - I did not receive the texts that they claimed they had sent and then they cancelled my appointment and hung up

nowhere in your marketing blurb does it say, "London only"............Until you finally get through to sales staff, who simply cut off the call. Thanks for that. So sorry I got in your way. When we DO MOVE to London in 2 weeks, I wont bother to disturb you.

There was a no show on the day of the first booking . No one called to advise there was a problem with the appointment slot and so we wasted an afternoon waiting for the engineer. The slot was rebooked for the following week. I have reservations about the engineer. He did not take the dishwasher out and properly examine it but said that there was water in the base and it was so damaged it was irreparable. Having quickly given this assessment he offered to provide a quote to have a replacement dishwasher installed the next day. I was unconvinced about the diagnosis and booked the manufacturer's recommended engineer who diagnosed a damaged seal and no need to replace. I think the conclusions are pretty obvious here. The company puts the phone down as soon as I call and say I want to raise an issue. And no response to my emails. My dishwasher is now working perfectly and not in the recycling centre. I am just out of pocket for Appliance Centre's wasted call out charge. They operate under a number of names "North London Appliance Repairs" "Appliance Centre" "Euronics" - all using the same phone number. It's not obvious they are mainly in the business of selling appliances not repairing them!

If you want to waste your time hang about waiting for the engineer to turn up this is the company to book. Twice and got the same no show result, so at least they're consistent. Also unable to return a call for update on "when are they going to turn up?" on three occasions. Many thanks.

Had the same experience as some other customers- they employ an extremely rude man who was aggresive right from the start, got irritated when \I asked him something & put the phone down. When I - by mistake of course - rang this same comany by mistake, as soon as he recognised my voice he said - wrongly - that I was the woman that cancelled an appointment (a lie, as I never got as far a s making it. & even if I| had?? I assume & hoop this man isnt the owner & if he isnt, why do they keep someone like that?!? Maybe he's a relative!! Keep away from this vile company.

On their website it says' Hygena Repair Service' and when I rang them the first time I got through to the wrong department, ie Sales and they said that they didn't sell Hygena. I then rang the repairs as they say on their website that they do Hygena repairs. I was told quite rudely that I had already rung and they put the phone down. Not very professional with wrong information on their website and they staff being so rude.

The engineer told in my house that the motor is not working and the machine is almost 10 years old. However, in the report it is reported that motor off machine for over weight use. Is there any technical indicator for such reporting (over weight use).
