I was expecting delivery of a chest freezer today 26/04/2024 between 9am and 12pm .
Nobody turned up and no communication from the retailer until I contacted them at 1:30pm. Unprofessional customer service advisor on the phone who did not even apologise and said wait till Monday 29th April 2024.
