“I got the brochure and was Impressed by the imaginative range of goods at a very good price. My Grandchildren are aged 2, 8, 9 and 13 but I got something unusual for reach of them. Great price and promptly delivered. I'm delighted.”

“Your company was very efficient. I paid for next day delivery and you dispatched it on time. The problem was that Parcel Force failed to deliver it successfully until 2 days after the expected date! Both Mulberry Bush and I contacted Parcel Force, but to no avail. Not only did they fail to deliver the parcel on time, they also failed to attempt to deliver it to either of my neighbours if I was not at home, as instructed.”

Dear Customer, thanks for your review. The tracking for your parcel shows that the courier attempted delivery on 29th Sept but that you weren't in - and they say you were emailed and texted to advise that your parcel has been taken to your local Post Office. We will phone you to help work out how we can together get this sorted for you.

“As a Great Grandmother I try to access classic toys - avoiding too much plastic. With my Great Granddaughter, at 19 months, obsessed with horses, the stable block was an excellent buy, and something that I'd never seen before. It was well received, so much so that it went home with her, next door, instead of staying with me for when she comes in every day.”

“A nice selection of toys of good quality for younger children and they were packaged with care and arrived promptly. Order a hairbrush with a 'name' added and the extra personalisation didn't slow down the delivery process and the package arrived very quickly.”
